About a month ago, I opened a Binary Options trading account with Finpari Binary Options. The main reason I opened the accout was because Finpari stated on the their website the they were approved and accepted payment from Paypal.com and that they were licensed and regualated here in the USA. After opening my account, I also opened a demo account with Finpari. For the next month or so, I never exceuted a single live trade, only demo trades. Two weeks ago, I discovered that Finpari.com was not approved by Paypal, even though at the time I opened my account, Finapari were actually posting the Paypal logo on their website. This fraud lead me to contact the SEC and discover that Finpari was not regulated in the USA and was operating in violation of US Laws. I contacted my account manager Lawrnce and requested to close my account and demanded a full refund. I was shocked to discover that Finpari was now trying to charge me a 20% Turn-Over Penalty for not trading my account. In other words, I would have to pay them $50 to get my $250 deposit back. I have had Binary Option accounts with many brokers worldwide and never has any ever pricticed such criminal and corrupt business practices. I told them that I would file this report and post copies on Scambroker and other investor website and blogs. That it would cost them far more then the $50 they steal form me but they seemed not to care. Stay away from these crooks and save your money!
