We purchased a used 2012 Honda Odyssey from Billy Craft Honda in September 2017. At the time, Billy Craft did not inform us there was an extended factory warranty from Honda on this vehicle. The warranty had been in place since at least 2014. The underlying issue needs a rebuilt or a new engine to fix. Had Billy Craft informed us of this warranty we could have backed out of the deal (they did not want that, they wanted the sale) or we could have taken the appropriate steps to get this fixed in the 2.5 years since.
We did not learn of this warranty until will fixed the symptom twice, and after the second time it was impossible for us to take advantage of the warranty.
Billy Craft's unethical and dishonest business practice is now going to cost us big money.
