Absolutely filthy kitchen and dining area, uncaring staff that have obvious favorites, blatant drug usage in the parking lot, cold sleeping area, and the staff tried to kick someone out for being in a wheelchair because their mobility device was "too big", and "was a disturbance". Anti-trans and anti-gay slurs are thrown about freely by the "favorite" tenants, but those less favored are yelled at for hugging their crying significant other. This facility is an absolute embaressment to its organization and everything they claim to stand for. They insist on segregating the sleeping tennants, but the "sleeping area" is nothing more than a dirty office room that's used for the once-a-week doctors "appointments", where they basically just throw random medication at you to shut you up. The door of the office is often left open on cold winter's nights, and the "segregation" of the different tennants is just by putting a folding screen between them.
The staff get involved in your personal business and bully those who don't follow a monogamous, christian lifestyle, even though this shouldn't matter. The kitchen is completely open and filthy, the food is disgusting, and half of the time the person who is supposed to cook says "F**k it" and orders a crappy pizza instead.
