On May,1 2017 i went to Bill's office at Hayward with my wife for help with divorce. We provide to him all document he asked. Bank Statements, bills, property deeds, inco0me tax return. Bill asked for deposit of $1,000.00 and i gave him check, my check has been cashed on May,8 2017 by Mr. William Fagalde (Bill). And Bill asked me and my wife come back on May,23 2017 to sign petition. We came on May,23rd but office was closed. We call him and text, he never return our calls, he despaired !!
I tried to come almost every day, but office was closed and no one returned my phone massages and texts. Then suddenly on June,26 2017 i find him in his office( like he said i came with no appointment). I asked his assistance to return to me all my documents and $1,000.00 deposit. She asked me to wait Bill. In 20-25 min Bill came out and apologized and sorry to me, he said his wife went to jail and he is single father now, and he did not have a time to help me with my devise.
And he asked me to give him one more chance. And he asked to come NEXT WEEK to sign documents. On July,5 2017 me and my wife came into his office again, but office was closed, i called, text and email. But Bill changed his phone number. Finlay i email my request to him to return my documents and$1,000.00. AND he said NO, he said he was waiting me on July,28 2017 and i did not show up, and he did his Job done for one day, and it will cost me my deposit.
But he did not did anything, now i have new layer and he did my paperwork done.
Please Help me to have my documents back and my deposit of $1,000.00, PLEASE !!!
