Discriminate against debit card transactions. Make the transaction but don't tender the tickets, hide behind "the system" - they tried to debit the card three more times for the same transaction. They took my money and did not provide tickets. The most obnoxious, rude customer service ever.
One guy "freddy" tells me i have not called stubhub, after two calls, then tells me he is going to get me their 800 number with a google search... Total scumbag. Amanda was another 'broken record" piece of garbage. No help or professionalism at all. Not only am i writing this Scamionon this scumbag organization that i will never use again, i will give them a one star rating on every online rating service i can find.
And, if they don't tender me my tickets, i will hand deliver my civil complaint for harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming $5,000.00 in pain and suffering damages, to their thousand oaks, ca location. That is how pissed i am at these scumbags! and i am not the first, they have several complaints now. The owner of this company must be a real piece of sh*t.
I will learn that persons name and put it to the report. And, i have no problem putting my full name to this report, which is automatic on the part of Scamion, if i followup to the complaint. For now i will remain anomymous. But this company is scummy and scammy and it's starting to show. The dodgers can do better than them, or maybe the dodgers organization is complicit?
