Just like everyone else on here, I had the same experience. Placed an order, was promised fast delivery (3-5 business days), then weeks later the package is "delivered" to the Post Office (who have no record of it), even though the shipper's web site says "no subcontracting" and "we never subcontract a single delivery."
Thankfully, payment was made thru PayPal so it's time to file a refund request. Also, the seller's website recently changed from Big-Saves-Store.com to BigSavesOnline.com -- probably wore out their welcome under the old name.
Big Saves, BigSavesOnline.com, and US National Mail are bogus, scam companies! You place your order online, pay through PayPal (and yes, they get your money). They immediately send you confirmation of your order and soon after send Tracking information through a shipping company by the name of US National Mail.
I ordered 3 laundry baskets/hampers which Wal-Mart no longer carried. I searched the web for the product's brand and description and Big Saves showed up, offering the exact product I was looking for.
I placed my order, paid through PayPal, (PayPal transaction shows an individual's name, Rimantas Stankus, not Big Saves), and received tracking information for my package to be shipped by US National Mail.
I have been tracking the package with the tracking information on the US National Mail website since I placed my order on July 16th. The tracking information showed the packages were delivered to my address last night (August 7th), at 8:03pm. No packages were delivered.
I have been trying to contact both comapanies about my missing packages and phone numbers on both Big Saves and US National Mail websites are fake phone numbers. I clicked a link on the US National Mail website for "missing deiveries" which took me to an email screen where I composed an email asking about the location of my packages and my sent email immediately bounced back with a "failure to deliver" message.
Do Not order from BigSaves or trust anyone using US National Mail. Both companies are a fraud!!! Learn from my mistake and experience!
Ordered an item on July 1, 2016. When I followed their instructions to look at the shipping information it looked normal (although it was taking 3 days at each stop). On July 23, it said it was delivered and it was not delivered. I have been unable to reach BigSavesOnline.com or USNational-Mail.com (the shipping company) to get any information. The phone number does not ring. This place is obviously scamming with their sales website and their made up shipping website.
Ordered and paid for item on 7/15/16, two weeks later, nothing, no items. They use a shipping company called usnational-mail - terrible company that uses snails for delivery. When I contacted company, they said items should arrive within 5-6 day, it has been 14 days and no delivery - terrible.
They do have some good deals but do not expect to get it anytime soon, it really takes forever, I'm still waiting.
