Today, I had booked a domain for 2 years through bigrock in website. I applied a coupon so the amount deducted 50% and showing the exact amount what I have to pay. After the transaction, I received a summary of order that your domain is successfully placed for 1 year. I was shocked and try to communicate with bigrock team through twitter and facebook. When I did not receive any reply then I send them an email and delete order as per guided by bigrock.
After the big mistake did by bigrock, they deducted my some of the amounts on the behalf of deleting charges. My one question is there, I had booked a domain for 2 years and they booked only for 1 year, then why they deduct amount while they did mistake. They did mistakes and why the deduct our amount? I believe bigrock playing a bad game to earn money. The team is trying to fool customers.
