Usually, you mail in your paper work and get paid 30 days. This company will tell you in 48 hours WE ARE NOT PAYING YOU !!!! Also, If you cancel a job because your "sick", Big Orange Productions WILL CHARGE YOU $25 !!! In addition to the $25 charge, you will be charged a $25 restocking fee !!!!! There are people literally working to get out of Big Orange Productions's INDENTURED SERVENT HOLE !!!! Run !!!! Tell Your Friends To STAY AWAY !!!! I have never spoke to anyone over the phone w this company the year I have been working for them , I never recieve any support and then told im not getting paid bc I didnt do paperwork right , its a scam no way you send it in works , they wont open a link bc they say its a virus , you mail it and have it tracked and they claim they never got it so far not paid for 27 events !!! over the course of a year and no matter how many times you contact they just say send it again and then make an axcuse as to why your not getting paid
No one ever answers the phone. The won't return Emails. Pay is always messed up. I worked for them for over a year, and never would the answer the phone when u need them, nor do the reply to emails.
I agree with all the complaints that I've read about the BIG O..... There was another bad company out there last year...KUBE......it went from paying once a month to paying once every 8 wks..then just before they went under....made their people wait 90 days.....however those people NEVER got their money.
Now Big Orange...who pays lower than most... is pulling similar crap....additionally...my portal isn't working correctly and I've mentioned this to several individuals as well as the IT dept....NO RESPONSE from anyone..... NOW every thing I click on ( contact us ? ) it gets me " an error" message....
all indications seem to indicate to me that they are getting ready to go under............
