Big M has been unprofessional, biased, retaliatory, has stolen or withheld pay, lied to by CFO Wes Davis. Make this abundantly clear. I will not stop going for what was promised and agreed upon until I literally fall dead. Even though OSHA and Wage & Hourly appears sympathetic to my dilemma I will not rest until somebody or somebodies is fired, terminated, booted, kick out, laid off and whatever else.
You had no right to withhold any money from me, to require me to sleep in such unsanitary conditions a dog would be upset, to listen to your trainers lack of sex life, to make me stay where others didn’t have to. I don’t care what it takes I’ll be on everyone’s a*s till somebody audits or secretly exposes the unprofessionalism when opposed. Your CFO Wes Davis big mouth is gonna sink him. He could’ve said anything other than first load. Guess he gambled no one would be willing to help.
1. Driver in my orientation class Paystub showing 400.00 and he quit Aug 19 and didn’t pull a load.
2. Emails from Andrea stating 500 for orientation pay
3. Proof showing you must leave Econolodge when you graduate orientation
4. Fact: Driver will not receive Badge or Qualcomm unless no longer in orientation
5. Badge not to be issued unless drug test comes back negative
6. Pics of Logbooks showing date/time of signature
7. Pic of notice in barracks saying logbooks must be signed to get 11/hr for that day
8. Pics of backing range without instructor present while others underneath trailers playing cards
9. Safety class consists of 2 sec class - Don’t drive fast on ice & Water
10. Final exam answers given by Charles & Jacob during test taking time.
11. Retaliation against me due to my corporate appeal by removing my ability to work and insisting I “appreciate” the filthy, unclean and atrociously unsanitary living quarters
12. Video showing time spent from bed to reaching a bathroom
13 Dozens of pics showing filthy tables, no food storage space, extremely small fridge space for a 10 person dorm
14. Fire hazard. No way to get out of your room except through front door
15. No exit signs that are clearly marked for fire escape.
16. Pics of bedbugs bites & tick heads still embedded in skin and receipt showing me purchasing bedbugs and Lysol sprays

AND I WANT TO FILE CHARGES AGAINST Big M Transportation. AND IF I CAN'T GET THAT DONE THEN I WANT Steven Lynn Cockrell TO BE FIRED!!! I AM TIRED OF BEING DISRESPECTED AND IGNORED!!! After i left he added on my DAC that i was a no show which wasn't true ....I was to very ill and have witnesses and my doctor order that it was not safe to go no farther! Plus they won't do my job references before this happen from years back or now!
Was hired at this place of business and on my first day going back i had got ill ,dehydrated ,stomach illness reaction to some food and meds that i was on for a short time,anyhow i was not able ,safe to run ..When i reported back to workplace ,actually showed up 2-3times .. Informing what doctor orders was and i was told by another worker that they had it covered . Following Monday Jacob says They got it i can go do what i need to.Anyhow i later find when i start reapplying for jobs that he added on my dac report that ,no show, which was not true .. There's cameras there . I left and went on to the doc cause that's what i was told to do. This won't keep me from getting hired other companys are saying,cause of the situation. But that doesn't look good to me.I've held and drove 15 years, good safety record and i have worked for them at least several times and never been terminated there ,never been late always take loads when others refused ,drive nights 48 states winter and summer ,just thought he worded this wrong on my DAC report ... Any advice anyone? Thanks,but i don't want revenge i want this fixed ,People always come and go in a business but you can't use your pen when your angry and make up things thats not true ,this industry is tough enough .. I could of have complained many times i was away from home for 2-3 weeks while only making $250-to-$$450 each week and sitting ,yes in up to date well kept equipment but im going to dispute this cause its my right even though i have been approved for my own lease truck.....????????????? I want to hear what others have to say!
