Big Bear Mountain Resort Reviews

  • Dec 4, 2017

Normally people dont piss me off enough to write a Yscam but these losers have. I purchased my pass near the end of october expecting to have a great season up in the mountains shredding with my friends. I paid over $500 for this pass knowing that the charge an astronomical amout for day passes, i determined it was worth it. Today it is 12/2/2017 and the still have yet to annouce an opening day for the mountain and weather reports show no signs of dumping the wonder white stuff we call powder. That being facts, i would assume that anyone would agree that no snow aka no service would translate into a refund right? Wrong!!! this f***ing p****s sat there on the phone taling down to me like they are the f***ing bees knees, kind of like someone who knows the are ripping you off and that can get away with it. They sat there telling me that it says when i signed up that the passes are non transferreable and non refundable. These people are low life theifs and deseve to be hung from their small testicles till they die.
