I purchased a diamond watch on the 29 January 18 and we are now in March. They haven't yet post it to me. When I made the payment they said that they will ship it to me within 10 days, when I email them they said that I need to wait. For how long?? God knows . I asked for a refund and they never replied back to me, what should I do to get my money back? I needed this watch for valentine and I had toook for something else for my partner. Pleas do something for me, I need my money back.

On October 13, 2017, I won an auction with Bidz.com and immediately paid for my item (an amethyst cocktail ring) which totaled $87.30. The order number is 512804105.

After never receiving this item, I first emailed customer service on 12-23-17 asking about the status of my order. On 12-27-17, Amanda M. responded and stated that she had "escalated" this matter up to upper management and was very apologetic. She also stated that the supplier had pushed delivery date for the item back 2 more weeks and she asked if I could wait that long. Seeing as how I had already waited more than 60 days, I figured two more weeks wasn't so bad so I agreed that I could wait that long.

On 1-10-18, after still not receiving the ring or any updates, I emailed customer service again and this time just asked for my money back. I finally got a response on 1-17-18, again from Amanda M., stating that they have cancelled my order and it would take 7 business days for my money to be refunded to me.

As of today (1-30-18) which is more than 7 business days from 1-17-18, I still have not received a refund or an explanation as to what is taking so long. Yesterday (1-29-18) I did email Amanda again and advised her that I would be filing a BBB complaint, but I have not heard back from her or anyone else from the company in response to that last email.
