I applied fro a loan 3 weeks ago, I have sent them everything they requested including adding them to my property, 2 days ago they said they would only give me half of what I requested, then today they came up with something else they required, I spent every cent I had on 2 property inspections, my utilities were waiting for this to go through as evertthing waslate, hence the loan. Never once was I told anything other than I was approved, now I sit out $500 plus my bills now going to collections and having to legally remove them from my property, no one will return my calls or emails.
