I placed an order over 11 days ago now. Upon checking up on their social media, an abundance of customers have not received their product. I emailed them to have my order cancelled and refunded (My order has been in "pending” status the entire time, so it has not been packaged, there is no label, this is simply loose product sitting in their distribution center).
I received a reply. It is as follows: "BH currently doesn't accept canceled orders. Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our Distribution Center to begin processing. This ensures that our BH Customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Since the order process moves very quickly, we are unable to make any type of change to a submitted order, including cancellation.
Please be sure to review your order very carefully before submitting it.” Reminder, the order was placed 11 days before receiving this email. That’s $60 down the drain for me. What they are doing is illegal. Unfortunately, I don’t have the means to pursue it further, so I’m hoping that by sharing my experience with as many people as possible, fewer unassuming customers will have to deal with this.
