Stay away of this "company". I was lured to it by a referral and they attract you with cheap prices in extremely low quality merchandise which they order from China. There's nothing worng with this since they tell you what the the estimate time of arrival is. The problem is this: they will never refund your money if you retun their products. I happened to order some products for a total of aproximately $US100. After almost a month waiting for my order to arrive, I realised the product wasn't as advertised so I proceeded to return it. After a couple weeks my credit was add to my account. As I wasn't impressed by their product, I forgot about my credit. After aproximately six months, I decided it was time to use my credit but to my surprise, they had wiped it out. Nothing was there and when i tried to chat (yes, they offer this option) with their customer service, I was disconnected several times when i mentioned my credit.
Tired, I decided to call their number and a person in the other side told me they were looking into and they would call me in five days. They said the company had changed ownership and blah blah. It's been two weeks since my call and no reply to my e-mail neither a call has been given to me to offer an explanation. I have given up my almost $100 since i don't kow how to report themm to the BBB. It seems they are based in Canada but I doubt this is true. BTW, they deducted a portion from my credit for shipping after my return.
Keep away this type of shady businesses and buy from a store where you can walk in and remand your money back. Let's not support these type of scam. Beyond The Rack is a scam
