Beyond Media Solutions ROBO calls me constantly. One day I pressed to speak to representative and he happened to be a very good salesman. He told me everything I wanted to hear and I needed a website and he said there were no contracts so after I get the website I should just cancel. The problem was the website took over 2 months to build and every time I called my account manager she would never pick up the phone, it was like I was purposely being ignored. When I would call the sales rep back who sold me I got the same thing. I want to know who takes a persons hard earned money and just totally ignores there calls and avoids them for months, a scam telemarketer. The worst part is my credit card had fraud on it and guess where the charges were coming from? Orange County California. Where is beyond located? Orange County California.
