When registered to Beyond diet programme they did not state that the info will be available online and no hard copies will be sent. Without an extra fee charged. A ton of emails from an associate company Bio Trust Nutricion Llc were sent to my email without myconsent.
Moreover the ingredients in the recipes provided are not available in my Country ( I am leaving abroad) making it impossible to follow the program. It did not occur to when placing the order that there was a possibility of not finding the ingredients and that the Beyond diet programme is only applicable in the USA.
I saw the information about Beyond Diet on Facebook and thought it looked interesting. I initially decided to pay $47 for the initial package but by the end had been skilfully encouraged to buy a package of approx $197! The sales spiel is very impressive - but at each stage of the sales pitch I was reassured that I could have my money back at any time. After a trial run I came to the realisation that this diet was not for me. HOWEVER - getting a redund is proving to be very difficult and time consuming. My initial email was acknowledged after a couple of days and I was invited to ring a number in the USA - I responded that since I live in the UK I did not want to ring anyone - I just wanted a refund. Since then - NO REPLY! Additionally, I have written to request a refund on numerous other occasions - but NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I am getting increasingly annoyed - and want to warn others od this negative experience.
