His office failed to submit a bill for an appointment to my insurance company until a year after the appointment, my insurance refused to pay after 6 months based on their policy. Even so, they still wouldn't reduce or remove the bill or collection action, which is still on my credit (the only derogatory).
They are completely unwilling to take responsibility for thier billing mistake, lied persistently about the reason, then refused to rectify the situation in any way threatening me to pay for their mistake or it would be sent to collection, which they did. This is an abuse of the credit reporting system, and a flagrant abuse of trust.
