Do not buy from Beverly Hills BMW. They will try to charge a fee for Phantom Foot Print and Parma Plate. This a old school scam This fee is a waste of money. IF you see it have them take it out. These fees are a scam a ripoff. If you need to see a car go there then buy from another dearlship or Vroom or carvana. BG

Buying a car is not only exciting but can also feel nerve-racking as you choose the car of your dreams. For me it was important that i choose a place that i could trust. I have always chosen BMW all my life and i was ready for an upgrade from my older car. The sales advisor that assisted me was Joseph. he assured me that he would make sure i would get the best deal and made me feel as if i could trust him. so first off when, i originally went in there i wanted to get the 440i. price was $529 a month. once they ran my credit he told me that i wasn't able to be approved for a 440i and said i would only be able to get a 428i which was a lie.normal prices for 428i is at $369 on there website. he then convinced me to take a look at leasing a used loaner car for customers who borrowed while waiting for there cars to be serviced and that i would get a better deal if i considered this car instead of a brand new one. it already had about 6k miles on it. he then asked me what my max budget was, i said $600 because i assumed that what 440i ran at. Little did i know this was there way to find out how much they will be charging you...... after i agreed to liking the used 2016 not even 2017 428i and see what the payments would be. he came back with a piece of paper that said $599. i was a little shocked that he would charge me double what they run for and considering that it was used.but of course. Joseph, lied and said i wouldn't be able to get approved for any other car. which was also not true. Finally the icing on the cake, They then upsold me even more at the end by adding insurance for tires and future scraped rims for a additional $40 a month my grand total was $640 a month. Which BTW 640i run for about that pricing on a lease. now being a young girl and not know her numbers i am sad to say by going in Beverly Hills BMW that they not only took advantage of me and clearly stole from me. but the car ended up driving off with also had stain damages all over the seats. They sincerely apologized and of course asked if i could come back the next day to get it repaired. so finally when everything was done with this transaction. pretty much they gave me not only the car i didn't love but also, the bottle of the barley inventory damaged car and then charged me double on my payments. for anyone going to this dealership be very careful. I feel so betrayed by them and want any young girl my age or person to not let these dealerships steal from you its dishonest, Wrong, and dirty. Best of Luck hope this helps.

I took my car in for routine maintenance and to look into an issue with the A/C. I was informed by my service advisor Jaques Riley that the A/C issue was due to a previous accident of which the body shop had not fully fixed the issue. He insisted that I have the service department perform the repairs as the body shop would "only cause further issues." At his advice, I trusted that this would be dealt with in a timely and professional manner. It was anything but. Jacques was horrible at returning my phone calls or emails, let alone those of my insurance company.

My insurance company and I requested an estimate several times only to be ignored as this was needed for insurance to give the go-ahead to proceed with repairs. What should have been a 2-3 day ordeal ended up lasting 20 days, thus exceeding the total number of days for the rental car on this claim. The original body shop stepped up and agreed to pay for three of those days. All the service department did was place blame and not accept responsibility for their delays, even though they are well-documented by my insurance company.

I am now stuck with a $650 car rental bill that they refuse to cover. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It is now over 3 frustrating months later. I attempted to resolve this with the dealer GM Monty Meave, Service Director Ernest Sumen and Sonice Automotive executives, all of which either have ignored my repeaded requests or placed blame on everybody but themsleves. Even my insurance company is appalled at how they have handled this.

We are having an issue with BMW Financial. Here is our story:

On December, 12 2012 I leased a 2013 BMW 535i (39-month lease) and obtained insurance from BMW Financial for “wear & tear “protection.

In September 2015 we planned to get (exchange for) a new, 2016 BMW 535i.

On September 7, 2015, I went through a pre-inspection of the condition of 2013 BMW 535i. I was told by the “Lease End Manager” that the “wear & tear “protection would cover all the minor scuffs and damages that the 2013 BMW 535i incurred during its 39-month lease period.

I did not incur any additional damages to the vehicle between September, 2015 to November, 2015.

On November, 5 2015 I exchanged the 2013 BMW 535i for a new 2016 BMW 535i (36-month lease).

On the day I picked up my 2016 BMW 535i, November, 5 2015, I had one more inspection of the condition of the 2013 BMW. I was told by the “Lease End manager” that the “wear & tear” protection insurance would cover all the damages and I would not get any extra charges from BMW.

Recently, I received an invoice from BMW Financial for $1232.09 “for excess wear and tear,” along with my Lease End Statement. On the “Lease Check” report of the 2013 BMW 535i, made by AutoVIN, I found that the “Lessee Signature” was not mine, and therefore fraudulent. I addressed this discovery with the BMW Financial Representative (Carson). Carson said it was the signature of the inspector who made the “Lease Check” report.

I contacted AutoVin and had multiple round-about conversations with employees who refused to take responsibility or give me the name of the Inspector who conducted the inspection and fraudulently signed in my stead. I had multiple similar conversations with BMW.

At this juncture BMW has not made any attempt to solve the situation; I refuse to pay an invoice based on FRAUD and would like to have these charges removed.

My wife, Victoria, was a witness. We were shopping for cars together.

Needless to say, I need help solving this problem and would truly appreciate your advise on whether I can pursue this legally.
