I have a grown schizophenic son who worries about his health and is literal-minded. He was worried about his heart so
I purchased him a Beurer (CVS) Blodo Pressure Monitor Model BM 35/1 from Longs Drugs in Honolulu. There are two
possible icons that show when this Blood Pressure monitor is used, a whole heart and a heart with a jagged line on it.
I emailed a question what the whole icon indicates and Victor replied in a roundabout way saying that the jagged line
indicates "an irregularity in the heart beat such as a skip in the heart beat, an arrhythmi, a heart murmur, etc."
My son is not satisfied because Victor did not say something like, "A whole heart icon indicates that there is no
measurable irregularity in your heart beat." which is the only reply that will satisfy him.
I have repeatedly emailed Victor asking him for information about the whole heart icon, not the jagged line heart icon, and Victor has consistently snubbed my emails. Don't purchase the Beurer brand because support is slovenly and nonexistent.
