I have been playing poker for nearly 50 years and have played online for over 20, I have never seen run downs like I have at this site with people raising and calling with NOTHING and catching a river card. It is beyond bizarre and the play that I am seeing here repeatedly leaves me with the clear understanding that something is indeed amiss. Hey guys I’m writing because BetOnline closed my account after I won 11,955 on soccer through player props section for no reason. It all started from 2 tickets I sent to them to show them that they had graded them two tickets wrong I even had sent them three other websites showing the same player they had put for two shots,he actually got the three shot just like what I had put him for but they denied those two tickets valuing at over 4,300 dollars. Then they start to accuse me of playing on the same IP address as few other accounts holders.accusations because the person who introduce me to the site actually introduced his friends also and we got game day we watch the game together at each other houses when we can and when we got the time to and I only play sports and sports only.so you gotta place wagers before the game my point basically is no way we could be sharing IP address because we all live separate places and work separate places so they accusing me of same IP address with other players don’t makes sense because it’s not like I’m playing while we watching the game nah I don’t and sports.

Suddenly for the next week to 3 weeks I steadily lose money. My primary poker game is Pot Limit Omaha Hi and Hi-Low. What occurs with regularity is when I first sit down at a game. Within 6 hands I will usually win a hand. Then all comes to a screeching halt.
No playable hands, then when I do have a hand I lose. This is a steady and consistent event on all sites. My win rate in a 6 handed game will be around 3 to 6% over 80 to 90 hands in any given session. Even a 9 handed game my win rate is the same. What is also shown as a win is when all other players fold while I am in the blind. So my real win rate drops to 2 to 4% of total hands dealt. Response is that these sites use an algorithim.

He said this was in the fine print. My complain is against the Merchant services or whoever responsible for handling users accounts and deposits and credits.
They simply did not credit my account a single dollar when they charged my card several times and said I had succesfully loaded up my account.
They claim I have just played and lost the money after fighting it for a month and once I gave them proof with my bank statements they simply stopped responding.
I asked for proof that I lost the money or proof where I was ever credited the money and no answer.
They are simply ignoring me now after taking hundreds of dollars out of my account. With no proof!!!

Dont be tricked, All of these sites are 100% shady and cannot be trusted. I've had similar experiences in the past and thought maybe they have shaped up since the government shut them down but they haven't. They popped back up under different names and are pulling off the same scams as before.
I used Bet Online, the website is betonline.ag to bet money on the Kentucky Derby. I used my debit card to deposit money. The information they provided for withdrawls was tagged as auto parts and hotel stays. I naturally thought it was fraud so I contacted my bank and they took the money back.
In their rules and regulations they expect this to happen so they have a rule that says if the bank takes the money back you forfeit your winnings. I called them to let them know that my bank took the money back and asked that they take the original money from my winnings and they just took the $1800 I won on the derby. I only bet $200 but because I chose the top four horses I won $1800, never knowing that they never intended to let me have the winnings I am entitled to.
If they had not used fraudulant and wrong classifications for the withdrawl in my bank account then this would have never happened. So they essentially stole $1600 from me that I am rightfully owed.
I signed up on betonline to play poker because it states there is a 200% first time sign up bonus. After that, it states there is a 25% lifebonus.
I figured that is a good return on money and to play the games in good faith. Zero bonus occured. After I contacted them after many hours and phone transfers. I was told that I was to email them about my first deposit for it to be applied. I stayed calm, but was very upset that they don't have records of this. So the operator said she would apply the bonus as of today, but that that I will need to play to build up POP points before I get anything returned.
So I quickly told them, I have built up over 5000 pop points already which satisfies your criterial. The response was those points won't apply since I didn't tell them I made a first time deposit as a new customer. Then I asked about the other lifebonuses that I thought I would be getting. I am still surprisingly at many final tables but usually I get sucked out when there are about 50 people left. The cash tables are a better bet than the tournaments. Big stack wins 83.3% of the time.
Okay besides the big stack winning this site produces more straights and flushes than is possible. The reason is obvious people who get great draws bet in a hand and people looking for flushes and straights stay in the hand. Also, I notice that in these big hands someone has two pair at the table. The key is to give as many people on a given hand good cards. That way more money is going to be bet and the rake will increase. Also, when someone gets cleaned out they may make another deposit. If you pay with a credit card they take a few % off the top. 50$ becomes 46.75$ almost 8%!!! The only way to win is to learn how the software seems to favor certain players at random times. The tilts are insane--dizzying in their ridiculousness. I have made $300 at the Higher stakes tables within two hours and then would lose it within the same amount of time. They cycle these bots through tournaments, and cash tables alike, to encourage rebuying and re-depositing.
I have 2 accounts on BOL. One of which I never deposited, I simply won a free-roll and worked my way up from that 2$ prize. Because I have not deposited on that account they will not let me win.
The top 8 or 10 cash in most tournaments and each and every time I get to the final 15 the site starts working its notorious shady magic. Today was very typical. I swear to god I am not exaggerating and I promise that when I say every day or every time I really do mean that.

This was a very typical tournament. Unless once i make final 20 I check my way to 8th place they will always force me to bust just before the prizes through several consecutive 88%-12% bad beats.
I'm fine with losing to a better hand, and sometimes there are streaks of really bad luck; but this is on a completely different level than being dealt a few bad breaks. On free-rolls where first prize is $2.50 and there's 750 opponents the cards fall normally. I get a bad break, then I catch a lucky break. I have bad day, then I have a good day. This is clearly a site that is not happy about he idea of me winning without depositing. losing 5 out of 6 and 6 out of 6 hands in a row where I had the overwhelming advantage; just before the cash every single time, day after day is just beyond comical. It is beyond coincidence, and it is certainly beyond the realms of bad luck.
What really proved all this to me is when I tried other poker sites. Americas Card Room (among others) is completely different. Sure, on ACR I have had some heart-wrenching bad beats land against me. That's poker and its a part of the game; but on ACR (just like in my decade of playing live holdem') it evens out in the long run. 6 bad beats in a row all right before the prizes; day, after day, after day, after day, is exclusively on BetOnline.ag and I'm not going to be screwed with anymore.
They really made me feel like a sucker. Scam artists tend to make one feel that way. I recommend Americas Card Room (ACR Poker) if you're a US player looking for a fair and fun place to play.
Bet Online also offers an area on the site where you can read customer reviews. It is clearly fraudulent. There is no way to add a comment, even if you have an account with them. All of the comments are extremely positive and there's nowhere else on the internet where that is the case.
In order for me to get my money cashed out; I'm told I need to copy my ID, copy both sides of my credit card that I used to deposit, then fax all this information to them then wait a few days for a response. Or at least that's what one representative said. The next one I talked to told me I could e-mail it. This is not a quick withdrawl within 24 hours of request like the site promises to depositers.
I have found their customer service overall to be rude, manipulative and ultimately difficult to understand.

I only bet $200 but because I chose the top four horses I won $1800, never knowing that they never intended to let me have the winnings I am entitled to.
If they had not used fraudulant and wrong classifications for the withdrawl in my bank account then this would have never happened. So they essentially stole $1600 from me that I am rightfully owed.
I signed up on betonline to play poker because it states there is a 200% first time sign up bonus. After that, it states there is a 25% lifebonus.
I figured that is a good return on money and to play the games in good faith. Zero bonus occured. After I contacted them after many hours and phone transfers. I was told that I was to email them about my first deposit for it to be applied. I stayed calm, but was very upset that they don't have records of this. So the operator said she would apply the bonus as of today, but that that I will need to play to build up POP points before I get anything returned.
So I quickly told them, I have built up over 5000 pop points already which satisfies your criterial. The response was those points won't apply since I didn't tell them I made a first time deposit as a new customer. Then I asked about the other lifebonuses that I thought I would be getting. The response was that is for sports betting not poker, sorry.
I wish I read this site first in that others have experienced the same problem of getting zero bonus. Its just a teasor to rip off unsuspecting people. After further reading, to cash out from this site is close to impossible. You have to send them all the info needed for someone to steal your identity over seas. Very easy to deposit, very difficult to withdraw.
Need to avoid all of these sites until they are universally regulated.
I have spent days trying to close the poker account with betonline. The site is corrupt and winning is impossible. When I requested the first time for it to be closed they said not until it is in writing. That was provided and then was told not until you provide birthdate and social security. Like a fool I provided it wanting the account closed. Now they have refused to close it because they want my physical address and phone number. Everything needs to be in writing and at this point I've provided so much information they could sell it to anyone to steal be blind. Not to mention, I have four account numbers on file with them. Bottom line, they won't close the accound! It is rediculous!
I deposited $200 and was given a $200 bonus. I was then informed i had to meet a rollover balance of $6000.
I got my balance up to $3000. bet it and one yet they only gave me credit to $240 to rollover. the bet was not part of their F.Play. they are criminals.
I have been a pretty good poker player from previous fulltilt site and in regular casion. The luck in poker game is a factor but if you are good enough, it will even out. My normal record in tournament " in money " is 1 out of 5, which has kept my game quite profitable.
However, this Betonline is not that "normal". Too many times when I was deep in the tournament and jus before bubble, suddenly my " luck" got extremely bad. Assuming in deep rounds, the players are pretty decent. However, you will consistently find multiple players call your big raises with odd hands then took you out with miraculous combo.
Simply, just stand away from this Panama maffia..
This is the second report that I am filing on this site because after more months of playing on this site I have realized exact problems. In a tournament if you go all in versus a big stack you are almost definitely going to lose even if you have AA. I just had JJ and the big stack had 45s and hit a straight. There were 4 other players who had gone all in besides me: TT 55 KT; I forgot the last one. I really don't understand how these crooks get away with this obvious rigging. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT ON THIS SITE. They have repeatedly sabatoged my games when I get deep in tourneys. I am still surprisingly at many final tables but usually I get sucked out when there are about 50 people left. The cash tables are a better bet than the tournaments. Big stack wins 83.3% of the time.
Okay besides the big stack winning this site produces more straights and flushes than is possible. The reason is obvious people who get great draws bet in a hand and people looking for flushes and straights stay in the hand. Also, I notice that in these big hands someone has two pair at the table. The key is to give as many people on a given hand good cards. That way more money is going to be bet and the rake will increase. Also, when someone gets cleaned out they may make another deposit. If you pay with a credit card they take a few % off the top. 50$ becomes 46.75$ almost 8%!!! The only way to win is to learn how the software seems to favor certain players at random times. The tilts are insane--dizzying in their ridiculousness. I have made $300 at the Higher stakes tables within two hours and then would lose it within the same amount of time. They make sure that you win enough so to wet your appetite and to keep you coming back. THIS IS POKER NOT ROULETTE AND BLACKJACK! These sites need to be regulated so that fairness occurs. I got addicted to poker and it has ruined my life. I lost my girlfriend of 10 years who is drop dead gorgeous and intelligent. I lost my apartment and all of my savings. I am an idiot because I know how super-rigged this site is yet I still fell for the traps. Many people who gamble attempt suicide. I can see why. Sites like Betonline will rob you given the chance and not care about the carnage and misery that they are spreading. They are the epitome of greed and evil...Avoid at all costs. Someone like me who has sunk thousands; they actually cause me to lose more than before so that I make more deposits.
It seems to be common knowledge that this site is a complete scam. Simply Googling the name of the site brings up an endless list of complaints and accusations directed at this ridiculous company.
I have been using BOL for a few months and I have had it. I have spent all morning trying to cancel my account and cash out my funds. It's clear that they make this process as lengthy and difficult as possible to prevent the user from retrieving their money. If you deposit any money on this site you shouldn't expect to get any of it back.
Lets first start with why I decided to quit BOL all together. I am a pretty good poker player. I've been playing Texas Holdem' for around 11 years and I am better than your average bear; but not a high stakes player or professional by any means.
It is well known that there are bots on the site that know which cards are about to flop. Each player on the site can give a dozen examples of a time where a "John7328" or "Jennifer1854" or "Tony3778" has gone all in with a hand like 10-6 off suit only to hit a full house or flush on the flop. They cycle these bots through tournaments, and cash tables alike, to encourage rebuying and re-depositing.
I have 2 accounts on BOL. One of which I never deposited, I simply won a free-roll and worked my way up from that 2$ prize. Because I have not deposited on that account they will not let me win.
The top 8 or 10 cash in most tournaments and each and every time I get to the final 15 the site starts working its notorious shady magic. Today was very typical. I swear to god I am not exaggerating and I promise that when I say every day or every time I really do mean that.
I had KK to A-J off suit.. the A hits. Okay, a 3 outer hit.. that happens..
Next all in.. KK to A-J off.. same exact thing happened.
Next all in I had QQ against pocket 3s.. 4 diamonds hit to give opponent a flush.. Next all in.. I have a set of 9s to a pair of Kings and a double gut-shot straight hits. Next all in, I have a set of 6s to a pair of 8s and another double gut-shot straight hits.
This was a very typical tournament. Unless once i make final 20 I check my way to 8th place they will always force me to bust just before the prizes through several consecutive 88%-12% bad beats.
I'm fine with losing to a better hand, and sometimes there are streaks of really bad luck; but this is on a completely different level than being dealt a few bad breaks. On free-rolls where first prize is $2.50 and there's 750 opponents the cards fall normally. I get a bad break, then I catch a lucky break. I have bad day, then I have a good day. This is clearly a site that is not happy about he idea of me winning without depositing. losing 5 out of 6 and 6 out of 6 hands in a row where I had the overwhelming advantage; just before the cash every single time, day after day is just beyond comical. It is beyond coincidence, and it is certainly beyond the realms of bad luck.
What really proved all this to me is when I tried other poker sites. Americas Card Room (among others) is completely different. Sure, on ACR I have had some heart-wrenching bad beats land against me. That's poker and its a part of the game; but on ACR (just like in my decade of playing live holdem') it evens out in the long run. 6 bad beats in a row all right before the prizes; day, after day, after day, after day, is exclusively on BetOnline.ag and I'm not going to be screwed with anymore.
They really made me feel like a sucker. Scam artists tend to make one feel that way. I recommend Americas Card Room (ACR Poker) if you're a US player looking for a fair and fun place to play.
Bet Online also offers an area on the site where you can read customer reviews. It is clearly fraudulent. There is no way to add a comment, even if you have an account with them. All of the comments are extremely positive and there's nowhere else on the internet where that is the case.
In order for me to get my money cashed out; I'm told I need to copy my ID, copy both sides of my credit card that I used to deposit, then fax all this information to them then wait a few days for a response. Or at least that's what one representative said. The next one I talked to told me I could e-mail it. This is not a quick withdrawl within 24 hours of request like the site promises to depositers.
I have found their customer service overall to be rude, manipulative and ultimately difficult to understand.
I really regret signing up for BetOnline.ag. I hope this helps people to choose a different site instead of getting sucked into a scam like I did.
