This is a very sophisticated scam that these people have conjured up. The website is a stock template that has all the smokes amd mirrors to seem like a real business. All the "office locations" are not real addresses and the numbers do not work. I found out because this guy posted an apartment listing that seemed too good to be true in NYC. I was approved very quickly and was given a stock template of a lease agreement that required me to send first and last month's deposit without even seeing the apartment. Once I did my extra due dililgence, I found out that this was a sophiscated bait and scam scheme. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
