BESTWAY DOES BUSINESS THE WORST WAY! The La-Z Spa Miami inflatable spa that I purchased from Bestway has proven to be a dud. First, the pump stopped working. Granted, they did replace it but they make you jump through hoops to get the replacement. Shortly after that, the pool liner sprung a leak on the outside and deflated. It was obviously due to a large manufacturing defect in the fabric itself. This should have been found during quality control inspection at the factory. They blame me for not noticing it. But if the manufacturer didn't see it, why expect the customer to?
It went unnoticed until the defective weakened section split open from normal use. But they refused a replacement. The customer service was rude and very unhelpful. Worst I've ever dealt with. Yet they have the nerve to say, at the Better Business Bureau website, "Customer service is our number one priority", " We are here to support our customers " and "We do aim to please our customers". LOL to that! That's 3 strikes against this company. You can expect poor quality products and lousy customer service to be the norm. Clearly, from Bestway's "D" rating at the BBB and the large number of complaints filed, I am not the only one who feels this way about Bestway. Customer, beware!!
