I purchased a ticket on line $616 for my son to fly home for Christmas on 09/26/2023. Right away this Leo Hernandez contacted me and told me that the flight was for economy class only and my son couldn’t bring carry-on bag or even he couldn't pay extra to bring a bag with him, which was wrong, that is not Delta's policy. I told him to cancel the flight and he told me I couldn’t cancel or I will lose the my $616. He misled me to upgrade to cabin for extra fee which I agreed because I didn't have a choice. They booked the flight with Delta for $616 and he charged my card extra $147 for agent fee for upgrade. Nowhere in the email or our conversation, he mentioned anything regarding 3rd party charge that is posted to my credit card. I called Delta customer service and they see no other charges on my account but the $616.40. I have the copy of Delta charges with taxes and fee, there is no mention of ARC charge. Initially, I had confirmation # from Delta but few days later Delta fraud department cancelled our flight stating that they suspect fraud with this company, Delta never inform us, I discovered it 2 months later. I have lost all the money for the ticket and the agent fee. I have tried several times to contact them since, they are giving me the run around, stating they will call me or email me without any response. The ticket prices are a lot higher now compared to original purchase date. I probably will not see my son this year because of their Fraud. I would appreciate any response. Thank you,
