I have ordered painting from bestpriceart.com and I am wondering because 3 weeks after I placed my order I still did not receive any feedback about my order from bestpriceart.com so I started to contact the support Mr. Stacy and I am surprised he said that I did not place any order so I provide all documents showing that I place an order but he said there is no any order from me reflecting to their system. This is a scam website who took you money with no exchange! I reported them to BBB and it started to close their website, please see attached picture.
I bought couple paintings from bestpriceart.com and the painting arrived damage So,I took pictures and emailed immediately after to see if they would send a replacement pair or refund my money because they are now being held together. Nope. They won't do anything because it's past 30 days from when I ordered them. I'm just so shocked they didn't even try to meet somewhere in the middle. Now they have a pissed off former customer that is determined to let as many people know about their lack of customer care.
I recently bought a painting from bestpriceart . com and the painting arrived damage and broken so I contacted them over the phone and the customer service named Stacy very rude to me. I was just asking how can I return the painting since it is broken and I have already provided all picture to her showing that the painting is broken. She told me that they sent the painting in good condition and if I return it to them it’s not charge to them and they will not send another painting to me then I refused that because I want my money back and she started to get angry on me with high tone voice instead asking for apologies.
BestPriceArt.com artists will not take their work very seriously and they will not make sure your painting is as like the original as possible. Not a kind of Old Master's techniques, the type of brushes that artists use and their use of blending colors are the reasons why BestPriceArt.com paintings are just ordinary copies. I did not recommend this shop as I am not 100% satisfied with their painting.
Ordered paintings from bestpriceart.com and they said on their website FAQ that all paintings include free shipping.
So because of its free shipping, I bought 3 paintings and after the payment has been processed successfully they charge me $49.99 additional for the shipping fee for the paintings.
There is no free shipping, it’s just a wrong website advertisement to attract the customer. I am giving a warning that doesn't trust this bestpriceart.com they will take your money!
