I borrowed 800 from the loan shark company and had paid them 4 payments that was doubled of what I borrowed then I lost hours at work....so I couldn't continued paying them every 2 weeks. They wouldn't help with adjusting payments so I stopped payments by retaining a ceased ach form from my bank which I filled out and signed and had notarized. Then sent it to best choice 123 via email. They complied. Now I have been saving money to pay off my loan. Now they say I owe them over 5000.
They will settled for 2222.00 ....That is still too much....As of now I am holding off until they come up with a more reasonable amount. I am in no hurry. This company is not licensed. They are raking in tons of money. I have changed my bank account information too. Just in case.
I took out a loan a couple years ago with this company because of an emergency. I have since then been rolling over the loan unable to catch up. I have always paid on time and never had a problem paying in the years I've been with them. I've paid thousands and thousands in interest to this company. I am a mother of 4 and came into an emergency where I was unable to make the $523 biweekly payment anymore. My kids father passed and I'm financially strapped trying to care for hear children alone. I went to the company begging for help. They only allowed me to take a couple hundred dollars off a $1750 loan that has been rolling over. They want to charge me $2000 in interest and make a weekly payment of 167.00 for the next year to pay it off. I have never seen such greed from a company refusing to work with a long time customer when they run into financial difficulty. A multi billion dollar industry who makes money ripping people off. Not willing to even cut down some interest to allowe me to make affordable payments so I can feed my children. I owe them over $3600 now for a $1759 loan and have no idea how I'm going to make his payment. They practice illegally and do not follow the florida laws. I wil now be sent to collections after giving gem at least $20,000.00 over the years in interest because they are unwilling to work with me over a one time emergency. Unbelievable.

READ THE DETAILS! All the reviews are correct, it is a VERY HIGH interest and they can because you agree that you are taking the loan out on tribal land (ie sovereign country). US and State Credit laws do not all apply. Unless you can pay this loan principal off really soon then you will be stuck with 20 payments at a VERY HIGH rate. I used this more as an advance to a pending insurance claim. Took out a $725 loan made 3 payments around $220, still owed $750, paid the $750 off after 2 months. Good for short term, not a good long term loan....

On July 5, 2016 I noticed the company took out another payment. I also noticed I owed the company more than $1000, a number I hadn't seen the month prior. When I called the company they told me my payments where paying the interest at the beginning. They would not tell me how much it was. They also said I agreed to a payment plan of 20 payments. Doing the math at $243 dollars per payment, that's over $4000 on an $800 loan. The company is trying to say I agreed to the contract. I suspect it is manipulating the contract and the numbers. I would never have agreed to a loan based on those payments and that interest. I am working with my bank to stop payments and am also looking into seeing if someone will help me investigate the company. Please do not use this company.
I find myself to be pretty good and reading detail. I read the crazy amount of interest that is charged when got the loan, but I knew I would be paying it off way early. So today, the 31st of Dec, I look at my bank account and they have ran my payment thru a day early and over drawn my account. I called and they said that when I filled out my paperwork I didn't selectr what to happen if my payday fell on a holiday. I never saw a question about that. He then informed me that on my payment schedule, it listed the 31st as a payment date. I guess I am should have sat down with a calendar and exmained every date for this loan. The staff is very rude.
If you are not going to be able to pay it off early, do not get a loan from here. The payments are over $400 a month for a $675 loan. If you go to full term you will pay over $4000 for a $675 loan. Find another company. I can't wait to pay this loan off next month. I borrowed $675 in the middle of November and I still owe $671 after paying over $700.
Please please find someplace else to try and get some help. Do not use this place.
Best choice 123 is the worst company when it comes to screwing people over. I agreed to an on-line loan without reading the contract until it was too late. Shame on me for that!
I borrowed $675 and will pay back $4,063.81. I will fulfill my obligation because i was stupid enough to do this. Shame on best choice for that!
