Had a 9 day stay at Bestwestern palm court over 1900.00 in pending charges would not cooperate with my bank to release hold after I checked out. Both Adenia and Darlene Davis said we don't fill confirmable giving your bank the merchant id number then it was well only our boss has that number he's out of the country right now and "it's getting really busy up here so..." These girls not only failed to release the 1900.00 in a timely fashion the some how forgot to release 731.51 it's been over 2 months still waiting have to do a charge back now cause it never went back on the card that takes 90 days . Adenia s telling me oh we don't charge the card it's still there. Well not if you won't release it . Then they hope you won't notice your credit card statement being out of town and all don't think you would come back .And to top it off what a pre Madonna way to hairy in my opinion but she sure thought her stuff don't stink .
