Attn Elizabeth Cole: the price that it was advertise for was not honored. The price I was quoted was not consistent with what I was charged. In light of the disrespect from the staff and the out of line questions and request for documentation of a service animal (you are only allowed to ask if it's a service animal and what service it provides per federal law). I'm again instead of asking for a $50 credit if it wasn't fact $81 at $81 refund. I was only there again is short. Of time and felt extremely uncomfortable to the point where if you checked the footage I wasn't even there.

I spent the majority of the time trying to get a hold of a shuttle - after being told they would not pick me up and threatened to be escorted by the police. I asked for an investigation I ask for an apology yes you gave me an apology but an apology only go so far. So I appreciate your response but you've been very late in getting back. So I'd like you to circle back actually completed investigation to the claims I've made and get back to me tomorrow via phone, email, detailed voicemail or text.

To be crystal clear I have documented phone calls that were several nobody ever got back to me I was told One thing by One staff member another thing by another and again blatantly disrespected. I cannot emphasize the level of discomfort that I felt and if there was audio recording by all means you would have to hesitate to go ahead and issue that refund. Stop with the back-and-forth deferring of responsibility and go ahead and get it done.

Forward my correspondence to the hotel. Ask them to investigate and take into consideration what I said if you are not willing to provide their information. As stated previously I don't and did not feel comfortable while I was there to the point I took back exits and didn't bother checking out (although I was there a matter of hours.) The fact that I was told that not only the shuttle bus would not come for me, per my request on the time I asked, by someone who was yelling at me "you are wrong" after being harassed about an ADA approved service animal, lied to and deceived about the rate, room and services offered but threatened to be removed by the police is egregious.

It makes me sick to my stomach. So your response has nothing to do with respect. Respect the fact that the thought of contacting people that treated me in this discriminatory, harassing, deceitful as well as inconsiderate is outrageous and that the number/contact on the website which appears on the hotel gets me to you. I am asking you to pick up where your hotel (franchisee or employees fell short.) Although McDonalds for example has multiple franchises they have laws to abide by.

They have a set of rules and regulations, codes of conduct and policies and procedures in place in order for the business to bear its name. I need your attention, assistance and action on this firm request; moreover, I need you to either escalate this to someone who won't continue to defer responsibility and take this seriously if you can't or are unable to. By the way no one from you company/organization/business/corporation has even responded to the BBB complaint. Check the internet in the morning. I have been more than patient and you have been full of empty promises and blank apologies.

I am going to say this one last time. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I will never return to this hotel. I sent you the exact ID to the BBB complaint and gave you ample time to reply. It was a complaint seeking a resolution which can ultimately be addressed and closed not a review. Maybe putting not one but several reviews through multiple different forms will put your feet to the fire but what happened was horrendous and your apology blank. I can not believe how inconsiderate you are blindly asking me to do something I made abundantly clear I wasn't comfortable with in light of what transpired.

Clearly you have no intention of reviewing or investigating anything and your actions have demonstrated you have no desire to follow up with a formal BBB complaint. From the gate I have gotten nothing but the run around from your organization. I made it clear who I was when and where this happened but the amount of hoops I had jump through to even get someone to acknowledge what happened is outrageous.

The owner of the hotel is Ankik Patel. I don't know if Best Western Corporate knows what these guys are doing, but i will file a complaint with their corporate office today. The staff is rude and the room was not that great. On line the hotel was advertised as a 3.5 hotel on Priceline, with a great rarte. $50 dollars a night, but it's a scam. The $100 deposit is ridiculous. There is no mini bar or special channels on the TV.

They took my money, and then when i was checking out the guy said he wasn't giving me all my money back How are you going to open a hotel, and ask your guest to pay the cleaning cost and dry cleanning cost. No whoever owns the hotel is responsible for whatever cost come from doing business in that industry. Do not stay at this hotel.

Hi there i have a complaint. I was actually an employee of this hotel for a month like on the dot. And i dont think the way my situation was handled was right or fair. 1st- i was hired by the owner DIP SMITH and his head housekeeper was there too at the interveiw. Yes!! i got iot i started on July 4th. I loved it at first. Everyone was nice and good to me TONI trained me and was helping me learn everything.But i knew something wasnt right with her and the TIP system.My 1st 2 weeks there i didnt get a dime in tips but i realized i was the only one not getting any. I cought on to TONI going in rooms that were on my paper and doing a bunch of stuff in them. Then i started seeing her taking tips out of my rooms so of course the fun was over i knew she was stealing from the "new girl" and of course no one believed the "new GIrl".So i started slowly telling the other housekeepers well im not the only one who knew something was up. But at the same time no one said anything because no one wants fired.Then i also noticed Mondays are her days off.TONI leaves a note on her cart for every monday stating "i want my tips from so and so rooms". OK 1 she steals everyone elses tips. 2nd shes not thre doing anything on mondays other girls are how is it fair she gets to steal tips everyday and get tips on a day she is sitting at home???NO not right at all.So i started trying to get in my rooms before she did and one day i did and got a tip from almost every room, so i noticed that yea i was never getting tips because toni was beating me to them in my rooms! So by then i kinda told everyone by then what was going on and still no one else wanted to admit it. Toni must of heard what i was saying to everyone so on my next day at work August 3rd i went in and Toni flipped on me right away and said she was fireing me showed me a paper that she wrote all kinds of stuff on so she could fire me and that was that then!The paper wasnt true because they check our rooms and if i missed anything i went back through and did it right away and made sure everything was good, also even toni and tracey the ones there for years would even get the papers to go back and fix things. So again if i was doing stuff so wrong why didnt DIp or other staff sit me down and tell me or exsplain to me? And then why when they checked the rooms was i not told to fix it or sat down and talked to? i did nothing wrong TONI wanted me gone because i knew she was a thief and she made sure it happened. Something needs done about it. its not fair and not right. i was wrongfulthy fired over toni wanting to steal tips. Then after i left and went home i tried to call Dip and ask him how she can do that and stuff he was so rude barley let me talk or explain then said that its her choice he wasnt in it?? how is he not? its his place he is in charge not toni. Then once again when i went to pick up my pay check on August 4th i tried to talk to Dip again and he still flipped out on me and got rude when i tried to tell him i did nothing wrong that it was toni doing the stealing and stuff he pushed me out and told me to leave his hotel said i dont need to talk about his employees that way ok so what was i then chopped liver?? I AM NIT THE WRONG ONE TONI AND DIP ARE. and im not stopping untill everyone knows! I have 2 babies at home and i just feel so cheated i wasted my time and busted my butt trying to make money for my kids and it was fpr nothing! something needs done!

Was contacted in Las Vegas to deliver carpet and furniture to Best Western Trailside hotel in Susanville, Ca. 540 miles away. Delivery charge was 1000.00 cash on delivery.

After delivering, I was informed the owner had left back home to southern California. I contacted owner, he told me to give him checking account information to deposit money. I did this, and he never made deposit. Now he tells me to never contact him again or he will sue me!
