Hello! I got a THREAT OF COURT TRIAL from Best South Florida Vacation(Kaizen property management usa corp) because of MINE NEGATIVE PREVIOUS REVIEW, that i left on google!!! They didn't respond to me not by email or text massages regarding my question:than I can get my refund? But immediately text me that after my publishing a review where I am sharing mine bad experience with that company! Here is that text massages:
"As we explained on the phone once the unit is rented as per the contract they will refund the portion of rent equivalent I suggest you remove your revue to avoid legal issues out policies are spelled in the contract I am overseas and can't answer unless I have wifi If that review remains I will forward the file to legal since you are complaining about something that is spelled in the contract of cancellation policies And your money will go to pay the legal fees instead of to you"
So if its a normal practice to threat to a guests, instead of apologizing for misunderstandings and returning a deposite!
Me and my husband was planning to come to Miami from 9th of March to 29th of March 2017. But because of family emergency we had to cancel a reservation 3rd of March. Than we were at hollywood 26th of February we met an agent by name Tatiana, who showed us a apartment. She sad its a last one available for rent and we have to sign contract for rent and make deposit of 1200$ and plus 1500$ to pay for rent full amount, because spring break and its a lot of calls who wants to rent it! So we got a contract 28th of February, we signed it and transferred a money in amount of 2700$ to KAIZEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORP! So 3rd of march we made a cancelation for our reservation for 9th of March 2017! And here starts our every single day trying to reach them and get our money back! They answered once or two times after our calls, massages and emails and 6th of march we got 1200$ back and 7th of March 500$! But they still kept our 1000$! We still was asking them every single day then we can get it back?! We know in contract says when they will rent out that apartment that we had to rent!!! BUT In contract they didn't put a number of that apartment!!! Does it means that all if it have to be rented or it looks like a fraud?! And some how they decided they earned this thousand dollars?! And how we supposed to know which apartment and when was rented if they even don't want to communicate to us?! Or I have to come and knock to all those apartments and ask if someone stays where??? Is in it a ridiculous???
