I have just filed an FCC official complaint for spoofing my business number and have already filed a complaint with the DOT. They are not licensed with the DOT as they claim on their main website page. This company is a complete hoax.

They had given me a good price for shipping from Boston Massachussets to Honolulu Hawaii, initially I spoke with JOHN PETERS phone ***-***-****, he assure me that everything was ok and my vehicle would be picked up and they would call me every step of the way. they picked up my car I was not notified, upon calling for updates Dustin Anderson who has 6 different phone numbers would answer and he actually lead me to believe everything was ok and he would get back to me of where the vehicle is located. Luckily I asked the person selling me the car to send me pictures of the driver/ phone numbers. I called the company CFR they stated that they had my vehicle and they had been trying to contact anyone from the company and that they had no response. I called Dustin and he claimed no one called him and that they needed my bank information to process payment. Once I gave him information he never called back I called again asking for booking information for Matson he stated his manager was working on it and would get back to me! This went on for 4 days he then says to wire him the money because they need cash or I wouldn't get my vehicle and they need this in order to process Matson booking. I did what he asked being that they already had my vehicle. Well he proceeded to say on the next day that he was waiting for his manager. On the day of delivery to Matson his story stayed the same waiting for manager. Then I get a phone call from CFR stating Dustin called and said the customer is responsible for the booking! At no time did he tell me I was only paying for ground shipping only. I HAD TO END UP PAYING THE SHIPPING AGAIN MYSELF AS HE JUST KEPT REPEATING THE SAME STORY AND I REALIZED I JUST GOT RIPPED OFF! I don't understand how they can continue to rip off people and get away with it! I HAVE A LAWYER AND I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT , they will not get away with this! This is wire fraud and theft!

The first warning sign was when they tried to take more money out of my bank account. The second was when weeks went by without my car, despite their promises.
Then, the car showed up and the driver said he needed an additional $450 from what I was told I owed him, in cash, right then, or he would take the car back and I would be responsible for both ways.

No, that's not what we agreed upon. You agreed to provide a service at a cost, and if you can't provide it at that cost, you eat the difference just like any other business. Thing is, they are not a shipping company, they are a booking company (and that's probably just a cover too). They never intended to be able to get someone to ship your car at a price as low as they offer. All they care about is their booking fee, which is disguised as an upfront deposit. Whether or not they find someone to ship it for you at a good price is irrelevant to them, because they had their fee paid upfront. When you cancel and call for a refund, they are very polite and tell you "no problem we'll send a check." It never happens. Then they don't answer calls or e-mails. Then the phone line doesn't even work anymore. They must disconnect and change numbers every now and then.
I wish I could find the actual office location where these cowards operate this scam. If you're a salesman for these people or work for these people in any capacity, you are an awful person. It was dumb dealing with these people,I admit that--there were signs. They told my little sister that their credit card machine was down and needed a check routing number. This was really dumb to provide, but, my sister had a surgery and was in recovery and unable to work for several months, she was in desperate need of her car to start working again, and was in a bad place financially. People in desperate situations take higher risk, and that's what these people are counting on; they prey upon those that are struggling.
