I e-mailed them everyday asking when my item would be shipped (sometimes as many as 6 times a day) and after 19 days, they still have not responded. I feel this is a fake site with unreasonably low prices. I also feel youggg.com is part of the scheme as the products on Best Product Shop Online are the same. Check out their policies as these are also the same. Do not buy anything from these companies. I'm sure they will just shut down and open under another name. Beware of Shopify sites also.
