Also if you want to include audio & extra $5 charge. We paid a total on $29.90 (audio included) My husband proceeded to read the text & questions followed. What he discovered was the answers to the question was not in the text preceeding the questions. I sat down & read the text & discovered the same problem. We called in and discussed it with the person who answered the phone & was told that we should guess the answer if we couldn't find it in the text. In addition to that problem once we logged off & saved our text, when we loggeed back in we were unable to see where we stopped. Our previous questions & answers were gone. My husband decided to go to a 4 hr. classroom which cost us an addition $45. Buyer beware of the postcard bandits who will ripp you off. By the way no refunds!! This School should be closed down immediately! Whose on patrol doe DMV schools?
I order a DVD for a driving course for $40 but since they had to mail it to me was going to be another $6.00 since 11/20/2015 i call them on 11/30/2015 to advised them that i did not received the DVD and they told me that was going to re sent me another DVD. I call them again on 11/05/2015 to ask for my money back since they was having a hard time mailing me A DVD (but they could sent me the card the first time in the mail with no problem) on 11/05/2015 i request to speak to a supervisor but she was in a meeting left voice mail also the person i spoke she say was going to make sure the supervisor by the name lourdes was going to call never happen cause I request A REFUND BACK AND THE LADY SAY THE COMPANY DIDNT GIVE REFUND. i call again on 12/08/2015 to see the status of my refeund since the supervisor name Lourdes never call me back spoke to david he say the mail another DVD on 12/05/2015. i told him that i didnt request another DVD i request a refund he transferd me again to Lourdes Voice mall........bad services they take the money and dont mail the DVD or give refund back
