Placed an order and had to contact to make payment. Made it via cash app but was not picked up so app returned funds for my safety after a day but at the same time it said they had accepted it. We figured out it never came out of my account and tried sending again but I actually got a message saying it could be a scam.
I should have listened, told them but the said they weren't aware of anything posted and that it wasn't a scam. They said my order was ready to go just needed payment. So after 3 different names to send it finally went thru and I asked if it was going out today and they said not yet will let you know.
This was a Saturday, on Monday I asked if it had gone out and they said not yet and asked for my email. From then on they have not replied, sent or explained anything else.
