I purchased a chicken coop door from this company via their website using a debit card in the amount of 245.00. The door was installed as directed and only worked for a short while. I called the business and spoke with a John Zarpak who had me perform several trouble shooting techniques none of which worked. I was asked to take and send photos of which I did. I was then told that the model door that I had purchased had a defect that had since been improved upon and was asked to return it for repair. Once they received the door I was notified by email that the door was not repairable and due to it being exposed to chicken manure would have to be trashed. I was offered a 20% discount on the purchase of another door. Based on the fact that the product they sold me was defective I refused to invest more money in another door of the same poor quality. I asked for a full refund and was denied. I asked that they as promised repair the door and return it and that request was denied. I asked that the door be returned to me and was told that it had been trashed. All efforts to recover my loss has met with no positive results. It appears as if this company is some sort of fraud as they produce items unsuitable for use as advertised, do not support their products and will not return items sent back at their request. A total ripoff! I am out 245.00 original purchase price and 12.00 return shipping and have nothing to show for this expense!
