I am disabled and chose to shop online for Family Christmas this year As my income is limited and I have 17 grands I went to walmart.com to look for good buys and I found several toys that were originaly $40-$50 dollars and on clearance for $10-$15. I expected well made high quality toys and I ordered several. They arrived today and 4 of them had fell apart on the box. They are very cheap flimsy made small toys. No way they were ever the full price as they would probably cost $2-$3 at a fle market. Big ripoff and now I have wastedy chriaas money
I bought a SKY908 ride on car from Walmart online, fulfilled by Best Choice Products. Sometime after 60 day warranty, we unpacked the item, which was a gift for my daughter’s baby, and after assembling it, we discovered a loose connection on the main harness. As a consequence, the vehicle does not operate correctly and loses power regularly. Although the product was beyond its 60 day warranty, we contacted BCP for a replacement harness. We even offered to pay for the harness. They did nothing to address our concerns. All they quoted and hid behind was their 60 day warranty. Horrible customer experience! Don’t buy from BCP and stop buying from Walmart online until they get rid of this vendor!
I placed a 2 item order in November, one item was with dot com the other a marketplace seller Best Choice Products. I didn't open either until Dec 10 as they were for my children's Christmas and I was going to assemble them that day. The Best Choice item was damaged so I tried contacting their customer service but only got recordings to email all issues to them. I emailed them with photos of the damage and got a response on Dec 11 asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. I stated if it could be delivered by the 24 the I'd like a replacement. I didn't get a response for 3 days in which I called Walmart online customer service. They escalated the issue to the marketplace Dept and within an hour Best Choice responded stating a replacement would be sent within 24-48 business hours and I would get an email with tracking. That was on Dec 14 and it is the 20th now with no response or product. This was my 2 year is daughter's biggest gift and now it doesn't look like she will be getting it. I know it is a busy time of the year but the company had sufficient time to send out a replacement or at least respond to me
Ordered a desk chair from Wal-Mart.com; provided by and shipped by Best Choice Products. The chair arrived in box without the back of the chair enclosed. It is unbeleivable that a part so large could be overlooked. When I called the customer service number the automated system informed me that they don't do phone calls and that I would need to e-mail them. Haven't heard back from them yet. I find it unbeleivable that a business could be run so poorly. What good is a chair with no back to it? No person-to-person customer service. This is clearly not a company that anyone should be eager to do business with. It's like selling a car without wheels. My 8 year old son helped his uncle on a small job and earn some money and something he had been wanting was a drone and it was the most money he had ever earned on his own at $45 I found a drone for that amount on Walmart.com and thought that was great he could buy it himself as he wanted to and it was affordable. So I place the order and explain to him briefly how ordering online works I should receive an email it usually will take a few days and I would know more when they ship it out I place the order which stayed in processing for 6 days. On the sixth day I called walmart.com and inquired about why I had not moved to shipped yet it was due to be here the following day and was still in processing comma they didn't have much information themselves other than trying to contact the company for me and moving my situation to the marketing department for them to contact Best Choice products on what was going on with my shipment. My son had asked me everyday did I know where it was at when was it coming I had no answer and I found out after sitting on the phone for 40 minutes the first time with best choice products on a Monday morning 7 days after I place the order that it had been out of stock the entire time and wouldn't even shipped out for another two days it would be another week before I got my order with no apology when I stated that was unacceptable and bad business I was placed on hold for 3 to 5 minutes and hung up on. I called back immediately and was placed on hold again for 1 hour and 4 minutes and told that I would receive a refund I was offered $10 off for my frustrations and it still ship and I declined because I chose not to do business with this company after the way they handled my order and situation. I also called walmart.com and inquired on why they could be absolutely no help when this was a company that they are somewhat partnered with and wanted to speak with someone that could take my complaint on this company and look into some of the other reviews and other situations that people have dealt with like us that I don't think have been seen or heard. After several minutes of the girl trying to figure out where to send me to talk to someone I spoke with her manager and someone that could be in better contact with corporate this was the corporate number and for walmart.com she was very sweet she was confused herself on what was going on with the shipment and the company and she said that she was actually really for 6 days. In my personal opinion it does not look good on Walmart to work with a company that's not very untrustworthy and doesn't do good business. So after a long day and about three hours of dealing with this very highly stressful frustrating situation I immediately got online and found a drone that I could afford and went and then a same-day pickup. So I'm still frustrated and still really wanting this company to take more responsibility with its customers than what I feel it does and after a long day but at the same time some satisfaction with my son getting what he had worked for and waited for I thought all was somewhat okay. I check my email from where I had emailed best choice products the evening before and got replies between 5 p.m. and 5:40 and the afternoon several hours after I had already spoke with the representative saying finally a week later why my shipment has not been sent out yet and that they just got more in and it would be coming very shortly and then they apologized. At this point I do believe that they are going to continue to process and ship out the drone and charge me and put me through more frustration and aggravation to have to ship it back and wait through the sending shipping back and processing a refund right here at Christmas time. The next few days will tell butt I have not received a confirmation email or any other contact after I spoke with the representative who was obviously in the weed and the emails I received this evening only confirmed that they were still preparing a shipment.I am so frustrated and this has caused me so much stress. I will not ever do business with this company again I really do appreciate my local Walmart stores and have used walmart.com quite regularly but I am very disappointed and frustrated to be introduced to this company ,especially after the many problems that have been expressed and the reviews and the things that have been reported.I feel very deeply about this because I was personally stressed and affected by this as to how I was treated and also I feel terrible as a mother who lied to her child because this company did not do their job. As a customer,I feel I should have a voice,these people should really care more that people are spending their hard-earned money and trusting them with their products for the people that they love or themselves and it seems so unfair to me as a customer. I have lost so much faith and some of these companies and retail stores to where customer service is just out the window and it's all about taking people's money and this needs to change. I really hope not to have any more issues that I don't receive the shipment and I don't receive any charges because this company has really affected my outlook ,as a mom and as a customer with the level of disrespect and non caring they have shown. This was way more than I intended to go into but I'm hoping that if somebody steps up and starts to give a voice and ask the other people to push a little harder than just writing a review or getting upset and giving up,like I wanted to today and I really did not have the 3 hours to spend to deal with this but it became a personal mission to try to make this right for my son regardless of the company and BECAUSE of this company.We have a voice and a choice!
I purchased a childrens electric remote controll car for my granddaughter in October 2015 throught Walmart.com. She received the car as a Christmas gift and it quit working in January 2016. Due to being ill I didn't start trying to get the car replaced till March 2016. I called Walmart and they referred me to Best Choice. I called Best Choice and they refused to replace the car because it was more than 60 days after I bought it. I explained to the agent and she still refused to replce the item. Said item was $175.00, not cheap to say the least. She said it was probably the ac/dc adaptor. She sent an e-mail to distribution to see if they had a spare on and if they didn't she'd let me know so I could purchase one from them. I've been waiting over a week to hear back from her. Today I found a 12v ac/dc adaptor here at my house so I tried it. Nope it isn't the charger so I guess I get to buy another expensive toy or throw the one I have out. It's been used maybe 5 or 6 times. Not only is their customer service sorry, their return policy is too.
Recently, I purchased an inversion table from Best Choice Products. Upon assembling the unit, I realized that there were parts missing, from the shipment, that were essential to putting it together correctly. I sent numerous emails and left phone messages with their Customer Service Department to rectify the situation. They asked for the order number, which I provided, along with all the shipping details. They are not making any attempt to either, get back with me, or rectify the problem. Without those missing parts, I can not complete the assembly. Anyone considering a purchase from them should be foreworned.
