I started with Best Choice on 02/2017. Since then, I would have to say I have received nothing but the upmost customer service. I was promised by Clifford that my site would be up and running within 14 business days. My site went live 30 business days later, only because I have a lot of info on my site. I am truly pleased with the service. I have been receivng calls from potential clients since my website was published. Thanks Clifford for doing your job.
I had a deplorable experience with Best Choice Designs as my web hosting company. The sales team made lots of promises that the Customer Service/Project Manager could not keep. I was assigned a Project Manager by the name of Clifford Augustin and from the very beginning it was a bad experience. Clifford was inattentive, never returned phone calls, only responded by e-mail after I complained to an Assistant Manager (John McKavin) and made numerous errors/mistakes on my webiste.
One of those mistakes being a major one, when I asked that a flat shipping rate of $4.99 and sales tax rate of 6.875 percent be added to the back office of my site. Clifford, on two occasions, placed the $4.99 shipping rate right next to the price of each piece of merchandise on my site, so it looked something like this: "$29.99 $4.99." This is what was located just below each product image in the store/shop of my website. I could not believe it. He obviously didn't know where to place the shipping rate so that it would be added to the cost of the merchandise order when a customer was checking out. I initially asked for this change to be done on March 22, 2017 and as of today April 30, 2017, it still has not been done correctly.
There were numerous other things that were never done or took forever to be completed. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am disappointed that they thought so little of me as a customer and of my business that they could not rectify these issues. When I asked to be assigned to another "Project Manager" I was told that would take 2 weeks, but in the meantime Clifford would continue to service my account. Really? Two weeks? And Clifford would have additional opportunities to mess up my website? I couldn't believe it. When I complained to Clifford (on the rare occasion that I could get him on the phone) his response would be "You are free to go into the back office and make these changes yourself." The audacity! Who's the web designer here? I even asked if he could show me how to do it, but of course, he never did. I honestly don't think this guy has the skill to be a web designer. This is my warning to anyone and everyone that gets a phone call from Best Choice Designs or Best Choice, LLC. Run for the hills! It is not worth your time, energy, sanity or money.
