For nine months, they were casting Sterling Silver pieces for me. One day, as I am expecting my order to arrive that has been taking some time, I open the package to see all of my molds and no order...so, I call and the owner says that a separate package is being sent out.
I asked him why I received my molds, hen they are still going to do pieces for me. He informed me that his christian workers are refusing to do my Satanic jewelry (a federal Offense). I inform him that this i against the law and he says there is nothing he can do and he can't go against his employees, thus incriminating himself, and company, as well.
So, when the other order arrives, it contains a BUNCH of extra items I never ordered and they were ALL unfished, of which I was charged for and had to pay a different company to finish which increased my costs 4 fold. I lost money, customers, etc due to this issue.
My reputation has been tattered by this company and it took me literally MONTHS to bounce back from this, all the while losing so much money.
Anyone who goes to this company to get their work done should beware that they just might screw you over out of nowhere and charge you for things you had never ordered, and not come through on pieces that people have been waiting MONTHS for.
