I bought three lifts from this company right at six months ago. Came in to work the lift had the fluid bottle melted off of it apparently this weekend to switch came on and ran the pump with no one here until it melted the plastic fluid bought it off of the pump. They said because the owners manual says the lift cannot be outside The warranty is void and I explain to them that I have a lift it's been outside eight years that is a Ben Pack brand without a single issue other than normal maintenance. This company never sent me the owners manuals with these lifts.
