We hired Bert to finish our basement. He completed the job 1/4 of the way and STOLE our money and all the materials he said he bought were never delivered! Later found out by his worker he was on drugs bad and had not even paid his worker! DO NOT USE him and if you do DONT give him a dollar until it's DONE
