Berrada Properties is a rip off in the City of Milwaukee,Wisconsin, Because they have been buying apartments from Alliance of Milwaukee LLC & Anchor of Milwaukee LLC in 2018 and Jomela Properties and Smart Asset Realy in 2022. They have been hiring Mexican Men to come by tenants apartmens unannounced without any notice to put up new doors,windows,doorbells, metal fences and wooden fences. They have been putting up big boulders in front of their apartment building to prevent people from driving in front of the apartment building. The mexican men are rude,disrespectful and smart-mouthed!!! Youseff 'Joe' Berrada uses tenants and black tenants money to pay for his mansion/mortage in Mequon,Wisconsin. He uses tenants money to buy houses in Maui,Hawaii Boca Raton,Florida Scottsdale,Arizona Chicago,Illinois San Diego,California and near Las Vegas,Nevada. He got a $1.1 million dollar home on Lake Michigan in Oostburg,Wisconsin in Sheboygan County. He's been buying fancy cars,yachts,a 900 jet plane and a helicopter. They have been causing this mice and rat infestation problems in the Avenues West,Merrill Park and Concordia West Neighborhood in Milwaukee,Wisconsin. In 2022,Berrada Properties caused a female puerto rican tenant named Dalyvette Baez Ramos her apartment at 3103 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin.Because, Berrada caused the rat infestation inside her apartment because of the garbage dumpster overflow and They did not install the wooden board up against the basement window to prevent the rats from coming inside the apartment building. WISN 12 News Milwaukee interviewed her and Her brother,She killed 9 rats inside her apartment building, The rats crawled inside her bed when her and kids were sleeping, She jumped up and crawled out of her bed, She was scared to go in the kitchen and the bathroom because of those rats!!! She and WISN 12 contacted Berrada Properties, but they left a voicemail message on Joe Berrada's answering machine,WISN 12 went to the corporate office at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin but the front door was locked. Joe Berrada responded and called WISN 12 by telling the news reporter the last minute that they gonna put up a wooden board up against the basement window to prevent the rats from coming inside.She did not pay Berrada Properties her rent because of the rat infestation. Now she got an eviction on her record and court record that gonna stay on her record for 20 years. Louis Buckner who live at 3104 West Wells Street Apt 110 gets mice inside his apartment and leaves droppings on his stove. Do not rent to Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because they will screw you like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos in 2022 and They will screw you like they did the other tenants!!! When me and my kids was living at 3103 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, Me and my kids were getting rats inside my apartment building in 2022, I had to throw away a lot of clothes and I had to throw away my dresser,Because of the rats, I tried the traps and the poisons and They still running around the apartment. It's bad living on 31st & Wells Street, When I called WISN 12 for the news story,They came over,When they came over,They seen 9 dead rats piled on the floor in my bedroom,It's hard to get a new apartment,I reported the issue to Berrada Properties and They did not do nothing. The reason why that apartment building is getting rats is because black tenants who live at 3104 West Wells Street be putting their garbage in the black dumpster at 3103 West Wells Street building where the garbage be overflowing.The black tenants who live across the street don't use their garbage dumpster in the back of their apartment building.Because of this evil,sick,crooked,corrupted property management. They like to cause mice,rats and pest infestation in tenants apartments!!! That's why I'm looking for a different apartment,Because this property management company is sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted and evil,The owner Youssef "Joe" Berrada is using tenants money to pay for his mortage for his house/mansion in Mequon,Wisconsin and to buy fancy cars and boats!!! He's like Carter Brown in the 1990 movie Pacific Heights and Nino Brown in New Jack City. This property management company is a menace in the city of Milwaukee,Wisconsin!!!
