The office staff is not friendly and the property manager is even worse. Maintenance is terrible. Berekeley Trace Apartments changed the windows and there was sheet metal everywhere. I cut myself. Maintenance did not clean up after themselves. Not safe at all. Children could have easily gotten hurt. Berekeley Trace Apartments in Bensalem PA 19020 is in a convenient location, but I would not recommend them at all. The rent is high at Berekeley Trace Apartments and the utility bills are awful.
