I ordered a dress on 3/27. I received an email on 4/5 that my order was on it's way. Because it's for my birthday & it's getting closer, I tried to track the order after not receiving it. This is what I discovered: There is no tracking ability and no phone number to reach the company to inquire about your order. There is an email address only. They "guarantee" that you will have a response from them after one day. Today I sent my fifth email with no response still. They have a 100% money back guarantee as long as the garment is unworn & in the same packaging...if you return it within 14 days. The best is, after reading further, the average shipping time is 10-14 days. Ha! I'm disgusted that I found this advertisement on FB & trusted it.
I made my order to bepassion in nov 16 so i could get it for christmas have contacted them more than three times they do have a phone # e-mail only. got web address off of facebook just one of biggest scams ever. still have not got the order as of date jan. 17
The online clothing store Be Passion or bepassion.net and [email protected] are frauds. They make rip off copy clothes and have no client service. I ordered a dress. After 30 days I followed up and no response. Finally I received a message in broken english asking me to wait another week while "they looked into it". Finally a package arrived. A dirty, damaged package from China with the WRONG item. Not only was it the wrong item, it was clearly a poor imitation of a dress online. Bad stitching uneven hem. and see through.
I emailed them and told them it was the wrong dress. They then said to send them pictures. I sent them pictures and they apologized and agreed they sent the wrong dress. They then asked me to pay for shipping and send it to Costa Rica! I paid for shipping to the United States from China. Now they want me to pay for shipping to Costa Rica? I pay and go to the post office? They then said they will not give me a refund until they get the package. I google mapped the address in Costa Rica and it is no where.
This company is a fraud and should be shut down. Terrible. I still don't have my money back.
