I went to Dr Raab for a free consultation for Botox for sweating armpit...They failed to tell me if wasn't covered under my insurance and Dr Raab talked me into doing botox in my face for my wrinkle in forehead. I had a lump over my eyebrow called the office explained what is going on they told me to come in ans he would take care if it for free..Dr Raab refused to fix it said it was fine he didn't see the issue but his nurse did ans said I spent too much money (400.00) that he needed to make it right ans she told me to push the issues she made me a 3rd app. I went back ans taped rhe whole office visit to prove he wouldn't do anything about it. I confronted him after he refused and was playing me stupid so I told him his own staff said he need to fix it he got so mad he went out got his nurse and called her in the room with us and started raising his voice at us both..I then stated I had him on tape that he was not being professional at all and he was being taped. He still refuse to give me a free visit or fix it and said he would have to think about it I left and then filed a dispute with paypal and I didn't have it in writing only on tape they didn't get my money back then he filed a claim with my insurance committing insurance fraud and put on the receipt he mailed me for a 25 copay that it was for botox and billed insurance for something else..Im trying to get a hold of news now to try to get my money back.. He got almost 1,000.00 to put botox in my face and messed it up..he need to have his business shut down no telling how maNY he has done this too and they haven't reported him
