If you would like to hear about what I feel was a HORRIBLE experience with Steven Blatt and their dealer program before you give them a try please call me. 973 786 6966 and ask for Nolan
I will gladly give you my opinion of Steven Blatt and share how we feel our dealership was taken advantage of and then you can decide for yourself if they are worth trying given all the other options for lawyers.
If they respond to this review (which they probably will) with their side of the story and you would like mine please call me. I would love to share it!
Leonard bellavia and steven blatt scammed me lot of money .These people promised me the world to take my case then when the case started they started billing me for their entire staff participation. My case was taken into dead end and then withdrawn. They made me spend lot of money on research and also made me spend money to their associate firms for reports and reserch on a area which was not nessasary .Total scam artist. Please beware do not go there.
This review was posted by a disgruntled former client, a used car dealer, whose identity we must refrain from disclosing pursuant to the Rules of Professional Conduct. The allegations in this review are false and were posted after our firm, despite many attempts to collect legal fees, commenced a lawsuit to collect thousands of dollars in unpaid legal fees from the used car dealer who posted this review. Contrary to the allegations in the post, we did everything permitted under the law to expediently handle this matter and produce a positive result for the dealer. However, the used car dealer failed to timely convey material facts that were crucial to his matter. The dealer even went as far as to completely omit certain material details about his matter altogether. The personal attacks on the partners of our firm are unwarranted and unsubstantiated considering the lengths to which our firm went to defend the dealer. Despite the firm’s efforts, the used car dealer refused to pay legal fees which, at the outset of our representation of the former client, he agreed to pay. As with all clients of our firm, we expected the author of this review to live up to its end of the bargain after we agreed to defend the used car dealer during a time of dire need. Instead, our legal fees went unpaid and we must now respond to defamatory statements aimed at the partners of our firm.
