Bellacelle advertised a product on line and all you pay is shipping of 4.95. 15 days later i was charged 89.95 from my bank account. I called them and told them I wanted my money back and was informed that they had a legal contract to take the money from my account. After speaking to a rather rude young man they offered to refund 25% of the $89. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me the same thing that i gave them permission and it was binding and offered me 50% of my money back. I threatend to report them to the BBB and a lawyer. I then went on line to BBB. they wanted an address. I called the company back, they refused to give me an address both times I called. Then I recieved a phone call from someone who claimed to be a manager. He offered me 75% of my money back. I feel this company is supporting terrorist. I have no proof of that, but I never did get an address. The company is not lagit.
Rip off. I requested a sample offered on the internet for 4.95 only to have my account charged 86.95 and then another charge of 92.90 for a second shipment that I had not requested. The original request for the sample automatically enrolls you without making that known and the second shipment will be mailed before you receive a bank statement alerting you to the extremely high charges you are incurring.
I purchased the trial product, and notified them within 4 days that the product was not doing anything, so i was not longer interested. They continued charging me for a couple of months ($320+). My bank notified me of the suspicious charges and blocked them. They are clearly a scam organization and did sharktank a great disservice by promoting any association with them.
I was scammmed by Bellacelle Company for eye cream and skin serum. Samples were advertised on Facebook which I never received. I was charged twice for each product on my credit card for eye cream 86.95 and 92.90 and twice for skin serum 89.95 and 94.90. I tried to call number listed and got no answer. I demand a refund.
I thought the association with Sharktank (if there really is one) would make this a reputable product so felt safer making the trial purchase, but it is clearly a scam to be avoided. The company is deceptive and continued charging my account even though I had communicated within 4 days of the trial that the product was not doing anything and that I was not interested in the product any longer. My bank had this organization flagged as a scam organization and contacted me first about the questionable charges that came in. They had charged me for $320+ without providing any additional product. I will question any product on Sharktank going forward as a result. Steer clear of this organization.
SCAM! This company said their product was Glow Recipe from The Shark Tank. 14 days later they charged my account $174.00. I disputed charges with Capital One. We did a three way call with company. It took 30 minutes to get a rep. They would only refund me 75% of charge because of some fine print that I never saw. This company needs shut down! Scamming hard working people! They sent eye cream and face cream. Both seemed like the same exact product. Did absolutely nothing for my skin. They claimed it was a free trial. Nowhere did it say free trial!
I had a weak moment and ordered this product (shame on me). It is positioned as a free trial offer. The price for the product is never given until 10 days after shipment exorbitant charges appear. And,to add insult to injury, the product doesn't work.
I ordered a sample product of this. however it is a differnet product name listed on the bottle and when you go to order it. It is extremely misleading. They all have a very similar logo. Days later I get charged $90.00 for it. I called and they were very rude and forceful. They will offer 35% refund. Then 50% refund. There is no way to look up the company easily. They are obviously trying to scam people and find a loop hole. Please look into this and consumers do not buy this product. Who knows what is in it.
