Bella Restor markets beauty products online with a first order being shipped for shipping costs only. Order confirmation comes by email showing zero cost for the item and $9.91 for shipping of each item. There is nothing on the order confirmation to warn the customer that they will be charged full price for the product unless a phone call is made to cancel the order within 14 days.
Further, the original order for trial portions of the product automatically sets up a monthly order of the same products unless cancelled.
The cost for their product is exorbitant: 1 ounce of skin cream at $89+ for example. The shipping charges never show up on your credit card statement, but the full price of the product does.
The marketing and order process both need major improvement to make them more transparaent. I recomment you not order anything from Bella Restor.
I ordered two skincare products in the amount of $4.94 and $4.97. Exactly fourteen days after this, my credit card was charged $174.91 for an automatic monthly shipment of their two products. I never authorized any type of subscription.
When my credit card company contacted Bella Restor the representative Leanne #999, was persistent in offering me a discount of 75% to retain the products and continue a subscription that I never agreed to. I am returning their two products, and I have to pay the shipping fees to return them, which weren't even great so they will issue a refund to me.
Beware of this company, they will zap charges on your credit card without your authorization and "good luck" trying to get a refund.
Sent samples of moisturizer for face and eye. Free no cost except for shipping. After you order up comes a statement that you will be billed for each item at almost $100.00 shipped later and charged to your account.
I received a jar of Bella Restor yesterday. I did not order this. I assume it is from an older order for another product. I have canceled any other orders weeks past. I never ordered this product
I was mailing Christmas presents and got the boxes mixed up. I sent my sisters Christmas Present to them and there return product to my sister. I spoke to 3 different agents and got a different answer from all three. They can’t put me in touch with there warehouse to have them send the package back. My sister mailed there package on to them. My sisters present was very expensive. One of the agents told me to go to the post office and see if they could do anything and they said no it’s out of there hands. They received the package because l tracked it. They received it on 12/1517. One of the agents hung up on me when l asked to speak to someone who could speak better English. All l want is for them to send it back to me. I’m willing to pay the postage but there very uncooperative. This is so wrong. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell they stuff on the internet if there not going to help there customers with an honest mistake.
Filled up a promotion skin care products for free trial. Just send in postage and handling cost of $4.94 and $4.97. (2 skin care products. ) with Received the products but then I received my credit card statement a charge of $89.94 and $84.97. Amount not even mentioned in the web site I filled up. Tried to call telephone numbers listed on the CC statement, but keep answering my "calls can not be completed for the moment" Tried them couple of times and two days already. Tel. no. 877-285-0384 and 844-485-7152. They are like "Gone with the wind".
I opted for a trial of the eye and skin cream free of cost just paying shipping of $9.94. My credit card was charged later for almost $100 without my permission. No where on the site does it state that there are additional charges for the trial.

Ordered Product on 10/30/2017 and credit card was charged for the trial price. Received the order a week later on November 6th. On November 13th my credit card was charged the full price of the products. I had not even had a week to try the products before my card was charged the full price.
When I received my credit card notice, I was shocked. The products had been shipped with no paperwork. No papers included at all and nothing folllowed whatsoever after the products were received. When I called after receiving my Credit card bill on 11/24/2017, I was told by Abby that I could not be refunded. At first she said she could refund 35%, then wehn I insisted they were wrong for charging my account before I even had a chance to try the product to see if it worked and I wanted to speak with a manager, she said she could refund 50% and no better.
I insisted on speaking with a manager. Abby put me on hold. When she came back, she said she spoke with a manager and they are not taking calls, and he said the best they can do is give me 50% refund and stop the shipment. No one can receive a skin care product and try it and and know if it is any good in two weeks time. I should have been given a full refund and they should allow me to return the products to them. Callyx was supposedly the Manager's name.
I ordered a trial size of skin care products from this company. I was told the cost would be shipping and handling of $4.95. I received the samples. Afterwards, the company sent three additional products that I did not order. My credit card has been charged a total of $224.62. I called the company and was told that I could not return the products.
Be extremely cautious when ordering this product. You get very little time to try the product once you receive it. If you don't cancel in that timeframe, your credit card is charged almost $100 per product. Absolutely no grace period at all. This info was not easily seen on the website.
Cream do not work. Con artist. They refuse to refund money. They get hooked so they can take $95 out of.your checking account every month. They refused to accept return packages. Getting your money back is fighting through the nail. Horrible horrible scam. Do not buy any products.
I am a stage4cancer patient and on a fixed income. I sent for a free trial sample and told I only needed to pay 4.75 for shipping. At the time they also sent a moisturizer I didn't order but was only charged $24.99 so I thought ok and kept it. But about 3 weeks later I got another package which I didn't order so I returned it and was still charged over$180. So I called the company and explained and they said they got the returned package but they can't refund cuz I didn't get authorization to return. I told her I never even wanted or ordered it and got absolutely no return instructions and she needs to return my money.
I got my product, wasn't planning on EVER paying $180 something dollars/month for it. I screenshotted my rexeipt and also the phone # to cancel. I put the date on my phone calendar to cancel. I got the prodict, and because this was not my first go around with being ripped off by these miracle skincare products, I wanted to cancel WAYYY before they had any time to hit my bank account so I called the # I had screenshotted and it was some jazz music n lady speaking in Spanish. I was like, "omg they got me again!" Pnly way i could find the # to call was to go to my Wells Fargo acct online, get the phone # from there where i saw the $4.95 shipment they charged me and at that point, I was able to call and get a live human being on the phone who was trying to to do ANYTHING to get me not to cancel, i saod, I dobt mean to nre rufe, I work in a a call center as well and know how difficult of a a job it is n ur only doing ur job but I've been ripped off before by these beauty products one time overdrafting my acct which caused me about ANOTHER $100 in charges, PLEASE just cancel this, give me a conf code n ur name n ID #, PLEASE!" Shame on you Sally Fields to not have the correct # to call n cancel listed anywhere!
