Ordered sample of Bella Radiance productas 2 at $5.95.
Billed $89.00 x 2 under Happy Face and Healthy Face after 18 days. No idea what that was, filed complaint.
Then was told about hidden "Membership" charge for Trial product hidden in the fine print 3/4 of the way down on the page. Called to return product , UN-OPENED and factory sealed, and "less than the 30 day time frame in the fine print".
I Called to return both, I was told that since I had filed a complaint I was now "Blacklisted"!
They would not talk to me, I called 10 to 12 times. Once with my financial institution on the line, twice hung up on and refused to let me speak to management! Finally talked to top person at the call center John and he said he would pass on my info to Management and that they would call me within 2 to 4 business days He told me that on two different calls. Well you know that didn't happen!
I have now been robbed of over $190.00 and for two small sample products that someone told me later "They have an item at the Dollar Tree that works just as well for $1!
On nov 25 2018 i saw an ad for the product and ordered what i thought was sample sizes for the shipping they charged me twice for the face cream and the eye cream ok. But then today dec 8 2018 they charged me 88.97. I called the number and they did cancel the membership which i had no idea i was part of but they wont refund mh money even though i didnt authorize it.
I ordered a trial size of Bella Radiance/Skin Glow Face Serum online based on an article that it was 'owned' by Savannah Guthrie of the Today Show. The webside added products to my order without my knowledge - to the tune of $24 plus. The site does not allow you to go back to correct 'errors', nor does it give a contact address.
I did a search. Ms. Guthrie has nothing to do with the company. The emails sent me by Bella Radiance had typos and a no reply address. After hours of research, I still cannot find an address or phone number for the company. I contacted my bank, closed my credit card account. Unfortunately, the company had already charged two items to my account. They will be debated.
My advice, don't order anything online if you cannot verify the validity of the company or its claims/endorsements.
I called Bella Radiance to get my money back They told me that they had no trial offer - yet that is where I ordered the trial offer.The customer service lady said that is what I owe them for the 2 bottles they sent me. I am out $170+. Beware
