I paid the $4.95 for shipping but I called them the next day to tell tell to cancel my free gift but they told me it was already shipped. I told them to cancel any future orders. I called again the next day to make sure they cancelled any future order and they told me they did! I received the free sample the 3rd day and I was told again I would not receive anymore! Today 3-13-17 I received another bottle and they charged my account! I'm furious!

I signed up for these two products in the end of October. I received them in November and used them. Nothing special. In December I called the number that they provided and canceled them, I was given confirmation number and supposed to get an email with all the information. I never received an email. Because of this I immediatly called the other phone number to be safe and they said yes both had been cancelled. I still have not received that email and today January 13 found another charge on my account for the same product. When I called to complain and cancel AGAIN. I was told that the 3 numbers I had for these companies (that I received FROM these companies are incorrect and there is no record of me calling in time to cancel! I was given ANOTHER number and at first told they could help me cancel with no refund because it was after the shipping/charge date. When I 3rd explained everything another 3 times to another 3 customer service people I was again told I didn't have the correct number and that is why I was charged. I asked, then if this is the wrong number to be refunded anything beyond my cancel call how did they know about the other small refund? Then the offered partial refunding of Jan. But nothing for the Dec. Charge. 2 more representives later and another argument how a customer can only cancel a product or service with a company WITH the information provided by said company . and that by law those are to be correct. The representative stated that "who know where those phone numbers come from but WE don't have record for your call in DEC. So I will not refund it. Again I said I had confirmation numbers stating that I DID cancel and that I should be refunded the full amount. She infered I was trying to get something for nothing! I RE EXPLAINED that was NOT the case and that in Dec. I TRIED to return the products and they wouldn't accept them (Box was sealed and never been opened. And that I would HAPPILY return these as soon as they arrived because I STILL DID NOT WANT THEM. She really quickly rambled something about refunding 50% of Dec. And 100% of Jan. And then hung up on me! I will Be watching my account closely. I do not trust this company and no one should.

BellaEpoque - Luminis sent product that was not authorized and was automatically charged $99.01 in Nov. (sample) & Dec. (never got it). The UPS tracking was no help.

I did not authorize the Dec. shippment and charged and needed assistance with this issue.

Contacted Customer Service @ 888-912-5270 was refered to 877-494-9595 and was treated by a discourteous, disprespectful, unmannerly, offensivly, and impolite CSR Jessica #0054. When voicing my complaint, she would not listen, would interrupt or speak over me, it was clear I was not going to resolving my issue, I asked to speak with her supervisor, manager, dept. head, and she claimed she did not have any of these she said she did not report to anyone, that she was the supervisor, so I asked for the name of the company, she said this was a third party and would not divulge that information, there was no one else to talk to about my issue. I informed Jessica I would be in touch with the media and this issue would be heard by someone else other than herself, discussion terminated.

I called back 888-912-5270 and spoke to CSR Mr. Tanner (first name), he was extremely patient, forthcoming with explanations, offered clarity to my confusion and frustration .

I was informed by Tanner, Jessica had made a computer entry log, documenting I would be reimbursed for the shippment I did not receive but not for the sample I was charged full price for + shipping costs. Well, I'll believe it when I see it!

This was an experience to say the least. I am 62 years of age and I have managed customer service departments for years in my career but this was a new low for how to handle a complaint.

This was a lesson learned, to never trust what is advertised online from beauty companies who offers such rip-offs (product was dissapointing) and , when dealing with customer service reps., don't let them treat you with such disrerespect, whether your between the ages of 16 - 100, her lack of professionalism was shocking!

Goes to show how companies have lowered the bar when it comes to who represents their Customer Service Dept.!

This product was advertised online as a free trial just pay shipping. My account was charged twice for 98.10. I then received another order and was charged an additional 98.01.
