We moved in to a house owned by this company in May 2016. While viewing the house, the real estate agent told us all we had to do was make a list of the items to be fixed. We moved in and made the list including emailing photos to the company. This list includes:
Closet door sitting in the garage without a hole for a handle
Front window needs to be replaced, has bullet holes in it
Fencing and nails all over the back yard from fence that was supposed to be fixed.
A foot drop off in the back yard that should have been filled in and has caused injury.
Holes in the house.
Bug infestations
Parts for the refrigerator to hold items on the shelf
This is only to name a few. Of course none of these have been done and it is always an excuse. We are overpaying for a house that has caused injuries to two of the people living in it. We did have a contractor come and put in a railing in the front (which is lose and doesn't help much) and another to come fix the back deck. That contractor has since called us because he is taking them to court for non-payment. We are treated extremely rudely by the people who work at this office.
We even gave them a 14 day notice before we called the city building inspector. That same day a contractor came to look at the fence and never returned. I found out that we aren't even registered as a rental house! I do not see how a company like this is even in business. Nobody should live in these conditions. I would never recommend anyone rent or purchase from this company, and contractors stay clear, you will not be paid.
