I signd up and didnt know they take out $70 . i thought the info was for future purchases. now i cant even get on the site. i called and emailed and was told i couldnt get a refund minutes after they took the money out of my account. i was told someone would call to help me. all they did was try to sell me $700 of more bids lol. i wouldnt buy the crap they have on there now for the$70 they stole. its a scam stay away. i just want my d**n money back...

Registered with site & was asked for credit card info for verification purposes and would only be used if I decided to bid. Instead of bidding right away (as I was looking for a cordless vacuum) I held off until I could read more about the process. In the meantime my credit card was billed $70. I contacted them about this via e-mail and this is a copy of the response:

I believe beezid is a rip-off to my money and merchandise owed to me i also told them to cash me out and close my account no response it should not take 6 months to get items won.

Out of 16 items i won i recieved 6 of the cheapest. 2 articles i outright paid for totaling 150.00 i never recieved. they stated the shipping co. fault. i have been waiting since june 2016, have sent 4 requests for refund. no one answers phone.... we need a class action lawsuit on theives like these.they stole over $500. from me. in colorado that felony theft.

Beezid has closed thier website and I still have money in the company. I have used them for 2 years and no problem until now. how can I get my money back? I have at least $1500.oo in bids that I bought . I also have several items that I did not receive. I also have other family members that purchased bids My daughter spent $ 500,00 plus on bids her husband is in the army for many years and she was trying to get items that she normally could not purchases.

I started using Beezid the summer of 2016. Initially I bought some smalled bid packs, then one of their representatives called me and convinced me to purchase a larger big pack, stating I would have better bidding power. I invested over $3,000 in bid packs over 1 month. I would bid and win smaller items, but no large ones. So to get me to bye more bids, they guaranteed me wins or items along with the bid packs. Those items I did receive. However, when I stopped buying bids, my items stopped coming. I am still waiting on over 15 items and it's been since July and August 2016. The last items I purchased out of their store on September 26, 2016 which were some watches for myself. They stated upfront that items won would take 30 days to receive, when items went past 60 days I would call and complain and eventually get the items. Now the website is saying "STAND BY" so you cannot bid. They are not answering their phone and you cannot leave a message. However, you can still buy from their store if you wish to DO NOT BUY! I believe they never had any of the items that I was bidding on, that they bought them later after I had won an auction, because many of the items I won would not be the same when it arrived. They stated they were out of stock and replacements were sent. I did receive many nice items, but just didn't receive all of them and I would have saved money by just purchasing them instead of bidding. I would like to participate in any action to try and be reimbursed for the items I didn't receive. I don't know what course of action can be taken as I am in the United States and the company is in Canada.

Was bidding on Beezid Penny auction site for over a year they took forever to send items but did get 3/4 of them. All of a sudden no one is answering phones they still owe my 5 items since July this year 2016. I feel they are out of business or not paying their vendors somehting not right not answering phones there. Rip off!!! Any one else affecxted by this as well??

Played the auction site for few months, every thing is ok as a beginner and small prizes be offered on wins. All these have been paid & recieved. But once i moved up in the larger prizes as wins, i have not recieved any. Called they will look into. They never called back. Called ane emailed customer support many timesstill no results. Now nobody answers the web page is idle don't know what to do. These are 3-4 months old, site says 1-2 week on most items. But months. I played honestly and won honestly and paid in full honestly. I want my prizes or the advertized value at time of auction. There are 8 wins not recieved. I have the order # and all emails and computer generated replies upon request. Also have paid transactions on my debit/credit card for everything with beezid.

I went to beezid.com on June 20th 2016 looking to maybe buy a phone. When Mark from beezid called my phone and told me he could help me get the phone all I had to do was buy a bid pack. He told me the best deal was $1000. I told him again & again that we couldn't afford it that m husband had 4th stage colon cancer & have real financial problems the way it is w/ medical bills and so on. He assured me that if I did this he would stay late every night to make sure I won auctions & turn & flip them & sell them. He assured me that I would make anywhere from $3000-$4000 off the $1000 I put into it. Somehow I don't even know how but he got me to, but I ended up getting the $1000 pack. He started by

telling me to placebos on this auction for a tv. He told me to contact him the next day. The next day I called and he was busy. I called back later and he looked to see my auction he had me bid on & I lost. He then had me place bids on another item and told me to call him again the next day. I told him I need to at least make the $1000 back by the 1st of July. He kept reassuring me it was no problem we could get it. The next day I called & Mark wasn't in so I asked to talk with a supervisor. I told him (Angelo)the story with Mark & he said he was gonna set me up with the best of his team supporters. with Chris or Amanda. Chris called me later and told me to place bids on an item which lost also. I called back

& told them I didn't want to do this, Angelo said he was putting all the bids back in my account & I would be working with Amanda. I later talked with Amanda who told me to put bids on a go pro hero camera & call her back the next day. I called & spoke to Amanda & she told me we had won the camera & told me what to do to flip it in the store to get some of my money back. It was around $100.00. Then Amanda told me to put bids on another item which I did & told me to call her again the next day. I told her I really need to get my $1000 back into my account that rent is coming up. This one auction a day wasn't going to do it. She advised me that I could maybe do another one, but she wanted me to contact her

after the first auction was over. When I called Amanda back she tells me to purchase another $1000 & I tell her no way I can. She told me she was gonna get a laptop sent out to me instead of working from my phone. Once I said no I can't do another $1000 she said she couldn't help me anymore because she deals with more upper advanced clientele. The next day I talked to Angelo again & told him of Amanda so he said he was gonna have Deena or Lisa (I can't remember the name work) with me. I called to talk with her, but she was on vacation. I started doing the auctions myself to try to get some of my money back. I had won quite a few auctions. 17 won auctions. Which 2 I flipped & got money for. One for

$100 & one for 119.00. The others I had in the store that I flipped to sell, but weren't selling after 2-3 weeks. I called & talked to Amanda about this & she said to give it another week & get back to her. I got back to Amanda & told her that the items weren't selling. She advised me to lower the price because the store had them for cheaper. So I did. I called her again after a week & told her they still weren't selling & I really needed the money. She told me to keep going down on price. What??? Pretty soon Ill be giving them away. After about a month I finally said In just gonna pay for all the items & have them shipped to me & I'll use some for Christmas gifts & turn & sell some of the items to make my money

back. The last bid I did was Aug. 12th 2016. I waited a couple weeks & then called Beezid to ask them when I would be receiving my won & paid for action items. Amanda told me that they were switching suppliers & to email her the list of items I've received. I emailed Amanda a list of 4 items I received & the list of 11 items I haven't received. She told me to give it a week to 10 days. Amanda also told me that they were gonna put bids in my account for being so patient & understanding. She Bluntingly lied to me. I call back a few times everyday & no answer. I emailed 3-4 times with no reply. I then see a article on a website about beezid doing all this to their customers, suppliers. I am just sick to my

stomach and sit here stressed. Crying about the money I let go for nothing in return. I thought I could do something good for my husband & I by making the money I was told I would make. I really feel taken advantage of at a vulnerable time. All I want is my money back that I put into beezid. Which adds up to about $1500.00. I can't believe these monsters took advantage of so many innocent people who believed in them. Lied & lied & still kept taking our money knowing exactly what was happening.

On contact from Beezid over a 40 day period I put quite a sum of money into the site for its penny auctions. I was able to win some and flipped them for resale on the site. I got paid early on a small amount, but then the cash flow stopped and I am more or less blocked from the site.

My representative was named Stacey and I was told she quit. My new representative was named Amanda and she said she would be in contact. This never happened. Nor do they answer support calls.

I suspect they have my phone numers blocked where I just go on the perpetual hold. Basically they misrepresented the health of the company (perhaps), and they do not pay when you win and flip. I continue to try to reach them, but stay on hold for over 30 minutes. They owe me money and an explanation of the situation.

I used MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA cards for directed (by Stacey) for online purchases while she was on the phone.

This has to be the most incredible rip off I have ever seen. I won auctions at beezid.com in may, and the products have still not arrived. Five months later. I called their 800 number to deal with this and I was told they soon will be here. The last time I called the 800 operator said the products will never arrive "this is just the way they are sometimes" Are you kidding? This is a multi million dollar company and the operator tells me my wins will never arrive? Stay away from this supposed top auction, unless you want to wind up like me.

I'd like to request an investigation on the internet auction site called www.Beezid.com. This site was adverstised on TV as an auction site with opportunites to buy at geat prices. Upon registration the description prompts you to join the site and instead of bidding with money you purchase a package of bids to use to purchas the item. The site also suggests the newbie bid the "cherry" auctions that credits your account with more bids, before bidding on other auctions. The site also tells the newbie their bids will be replenished when no items are won.

Upon registration the site gives a best deal option of $70.00 suggesting the customer will have $70 to spend. Instead the the customer bids and their account is depleted, the site charges and keeps the bids! so instead the customer pays the bids/money from their bid accounts just to bid the auction! Mine was not replenished after not winning any of the auctions!

Upon your investigation you will find the instructions, descriptions are very difficult to understand and deseteful to the average person. [continued below]....

I spent well over $7000 on bids in the Beezid auctions and I knew exactly what I was doing. I knew that what I was doing was a gamble at most and hopefully I would win merchandise to resell in the Beezid store or from my home.

After winning an item to resell in the auction store, they made me take 20% off the top of the item and sometimes that meant selling it for less then I paid for it to begin with. I would have a lot of the merchandise sent home so I could sell it here instead of the auction store and I knew it was up to me to set the price and sell it without Beezids help once I recieved it.

I'm very upset with the fact that after waiting a month and a half for the merchandise I won, to my dismay, they lost it and were draging thier feet so to say in making good my purchase. To this day, 12/15/15 I'm still waiting for the merchandise I won and paid the shipping and handling for. I won this merchandise on 11/10/15 and it generally takes about three weeks to recieve what you have won in the auction...and as you can see, so far it's six weeks and they can't find it...

I'm not telling anyone not to shop at Beezid but to just beware of some of the things that happen in there and should be covered by Beezid and so far, I haven't had any restitution for my merchandise. I personally won't go back into Beezid because thier policies just don't hold water and at 69 years old, I don't want to be bothered by them and dealing with them on the honor system.....Peace, Love and Happy Holidays to all.......
