I purchased the product from the website and paid them to ship it to me. A month later, nothing arrived and I contacted them. They said it was still on its way and I needed to wait another 2 weeks. I pinged them 3 weeks later and they said that the product was missing and they would arrange to have another shipped out. A month after that I contacted them again and they said that it was to be delivered in 3 days. Finally I contacted them and they said that they would give me a refund. A total of 3 months later, I did not receive my refund and I once again contacted them. They said that the item was returned and I would need to pay for shipping it back to me. I said they could refund my money less shipping which they refused. My credit card company filed a dispute and they were unable to prove that they even shipped it!
This company is a scam. I could not agree more with the other reviewiers. I wanted to order a bed-wetting alarm and saw their ad on the website. I placed an order for one of the products and even paid for express shipping but the order came in 4 days late. The company refused to refund me for extra shipment and hung up on me.
The product was defective and did not work. After trying for 1 week I called them and they refused to take it back since it was used. Their crappy policy says that users cant return an item even if defective.
Finally I agreed to exchange the defective alarm and shipped it back to them. They did not ship back a replacement till I called them and asked whats going on. They demanded I pay $7.99 for having the replacement sent to me. I was furious and argued but they said if I didnt pay, they would keep the money. Finally I agreed and they charged me the money. I received the same alarm that I sent them, yes the same defective one after all this madness.... I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge. The business stopped answering my phone and have refused to assist me further.
Shameless company and horrible business practice. Rip off!
Bought a bedwetting alarm that we ended up not using. Contacted Bedwetting store.com to see if I could return it. They said sorry, it has been moer than 30 days. Told them it was unopenned in original packaging and asked if they could make an exception tot he 30 day return policy. They said no they could not do that. I guess, tehre is no rule that says they would have to have any returns allowed at all. But, Providing a return of an unsused product would have been a signof very good customer service. JUst wanted to document this. Make your own decision if this is a compnay you want to do bus=iness with.
By the way bedwetting alarms did not work for us at all. We have had a problem that went on for years.
Also a note to stay away fporm a different company. Not related to bedwettingstore.com. Nomorebedwetting.com (enuresis center) is a total ripoff of ~2,000. Stay away from them, they did not honor their guarantee. A total ripoff in my opinion
